  1. Hi Ladies, I was tossing and turning between 295cc and 315cc moderate profile... I ended up going 295cc. Can anyone tell me if there is a significant difference between those sizes? Was it a big mistake going the smaller one..... Would 315cc over 295cc given me one bra size up if I had've chose it? Thank you, Pollo x
  2. Just doing some boobaling (boob googling) and I don't understand the point of textured implants if they don't reduce the risk of Cc ? So?... I'm confused
  3. Dr. Nond prefers to use Textured implants, although he is known to also use smooth .. I was under the impression that smooth reduce the risk of rippling.. ? But textured are known to reduce the risk of CC (although there have been no conclusive results) HELP LADIES Which one is better?
  4. Hello, I've only just stumbled on this forum today (the day before I have to order my new implants). I had BA in 2010 and got 290 textured tear drop implants via an incision at the breast crease (which was moved to correct tuberous breast deformation). I have had significant problems with implant rotation as it appears my tissue doesn't knit very well. I am now scheduled for a redo BA for April 18 2012 (ie. next Wednesday) and I am having trouble deciding whether to get smooth or textured round implants. My concerns relate mainly to how the implant will feel inside my body. For example, when I was first healing from the tear drop BA, if I lay on my side in bed I could feel the implants sliding across my chest wall toward the mattress (such a weird feeling). Once they knitted and my body healed it now feels just like before the BA and my breast feels whole - not foreign, so when I lay on my side now, the whole breast moves rather than feeling a foreign ball in my chest sliding towards the mattress. My surgeon said that the smooth round implants wont really knit and they'll move a lot more - forever. So I'm worried that if I get smooth, I'll be able to feel them sliding again - that they'll feel foreign rather than part of my breast. There are many benefits to having the smooth implants, particularly given my body's difficulty in knitting, but I want them to feel like they do now (with my tear-drops), like part of my breast, and not foreign. Has anyone had a similar experience or can they tell me how it feels for them with smooth implants? I have to order my implants tomorrow - I wish I had have found this forum sooner
