  1. Hi, just wondering what other people have or what they are planning to get - Over the muscle or Under the musle breast implants? I have 'unders' and I really like them, they are very natural looking (I think) and I don't have any visible implant edge. The down side is when I lean over and use my pec muscles my cleavage moves apart. I think this is called muscle distortion and I thought that it would only be an issue for weight lifters doing competitions but it is obvious when I pick things up (if I have a low top on). Has anyone else had any positives/ negatives associated with their overs or unders? I don't think I could have gotten 'overs' because they would have looked fake on me. I did not have enough breast tissue and my PS said that I may get rippling if I went for overs. So I guess the slight muscle distortion is not a big deal. So please share what type you are planning to get or what you have. Thanks!
  2. Hey guys! i know I'm still waiting on my consult with dr M but would love to know if your implants are under the muscle, under the tissue or dual plane? Or if your surgeon has recommended one... i am having a debate with with partner and he thinks going under the muscle is the worst decision you can make as I go to gym every night and do weights most nights... (Just to stay toned I'm not all muscley) hehe so yes please shed some light for me and how do they go when working out? Any comments would be greatly appreciated I am an A cup if not AA so I think I would have to at least go dual plane so the implants don't show thru :/ (I know there's a word for that, I'm still learning haha) thanks all Big Red x:o
