  1. Hello everyone, I'm scheduled to have my breast implants removed. We decided to get a lift at the same time as explant but unfortunately due to my partner being off work for his own surgery, we can't get finance for the amount needed to explant and lift. At the time of I consulted with a surgeon I was breastfeeding and the second time I was almost finished weaning. So since stopping and having my milk dry up, my breasts have changed again! I just wanted some opinions on whether or not I could get away without lifting? Will they look ok without it? I was a B cup before implants and a DD now with silicone subglandular implants. I'm worried about significant sagging and loose skin especially after having and feeding 3 children since getting the implants. I don't want to have to cancel the date because of painful contracture, these things need to come out.. but I don't want to go ahead and explant only if I'll need to pay and go under for surgery again to lift if I end up looking a mess. Anyway, I would appreciate some input. Thank you!
  2. Hi ladies. I had my BA just over a week ago and have noticed a red line pop up on my left breast. I was pretty flat chested before so they've had to stretch a lot and have been swollen. I've never had stretch marks before and am kind of paranoid that this is one. It's not due to a bra seam as all the bras I've been wearing are seamless. Has anyone else experienced this? Does this look like the beginning of stretch marks or am I just being crazy ??
  3. Hey guys I'm 172cm, around 57kg and currently wearing around a 34A cup. My left breast is slightly smaller than my right and the nipple is also a bit different (slightly inverted and smaller areola). I'm booked in for a BA on November 14, so very soon! My surgeon has recommended 250cc subglandular to achieve a C cup and balance me out, as I am very petite but with broader hips. It's been difficult finding photos of girls getting implants as small as mine. I realise they are small, but when I wear the sizers I feel like they look huge! Can anyone relate/does anyone have photos or stories of a similar journey? Regarding the asymmetry, I'm getting the same sized implants in both breasts as my surgeon says that often times the smaller one "catches up" over time, and if not, the difference in size will be much less noticeable with larger breasts. Very keen to chat to people with similar experiences! Feel free to PM me as well
  4. Hi everyone, I just found this forum today. I am having my surgery on Feb 10th. I have lost a lot of weight and my boobs in the process. I was a UK 42H and now a 36D...I can see my feet now! eek! I am having PolyTech Opticon implants - subglandular placement and either 680 or 750cc. I haven't found many pics of the slightly larger anatomicals placed over the muscle. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
