  1. Hey y'all 👋🏼 So im 3weeks post op and can finally have a swim. But a friend who has also had a BA said It's to early to go without the bra... I'd love to spend Xmas eve with my kids at the beach so what should I do? Swim in my post op bra (would definitely prefer not to 😆) or opt for supportive swimmers? Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas 🎅🏼 🎄
  2. Hey ladies, ive got about 100 questions haha Is anyone else like me petrified to book the surgery and consult? i have the money literally in my account and cant get the nerve to call up and secure my date I have decided to go with the breast academy in the gold coast, Has anyone gone through them? Good experiences? and will most likely be having the surgery on the 18th or the 25th of november! hah whenever i decide to actually book. How long after a breast augmentation can you go swimming? And how long after a breast augmentation did you start to feel normal again? Im worried it will be too close to christmas time, which i will want to be swimming at!
  3. How long were you told to wait after surgery before you could swim? I am hoping to get back in the pool at 4 weeks post op? I would be moving very gently at first not full on swimming.
  4. Hi girls, a bit of brutal honesty is what I'm after and your time and opinions are much appreciated. So as I posted in other threads my body is totally botched from bad liposuction. Chunks and craters missing from legs. A saggy, saggy butt with all ligaments and support removed and over-suctioned hips. While I was still in tons of pain 3 months after from it being so aggressive, it's just started to feel better and I'm wanting to start getting a bit of my fitness back. I was actually pretty confident about my body prior to this surgery but am now so ashamed. I quit my gym membership and PT sessions because I can't bear the idea of tight gym clothes in front of ppl. I've started cycling around the quiet back roads wearing yoga pants and a big baggy top or a dress over to cover up. I'm still battling a weight lifting injury in my ankle from just before this botch so can't run or do high impact. It's now getting so hot though and my husband wants me to join him to do swim training at the local sports centre. It would be perfect for my injury but am terrified because of this botched body problem. I was thinking that I could wear baggy board shorts over a one piece, and rush for my towel after I get out the water. I hate wearing boardies in the water but it's the only way. I wanted to know though, do people find it weird? If you were swimming and somebody not overweight was wearing baggy board shorts in the pool would you wonder about it? Or judge them for it? Please be honest. I'd rather know the truth and not buy the swim pass than make a total ass out of myself.
  5. Okay I know how ridiculous this sounds, but I can't find the answer anywhere. Do your boobs feel like they're floating when you go swimming and have implants, and has anyone been jumping off any waterfalls with them and will having implants affect my waterfall-jumping abilities. Or any drop into water scenario. Thanks guys!
