  1. Hi everyone, I had my breast augmentation done 4 years ago. I had small implants 255 and 225cc. I don’t have any complications. But I have a feeling the pocket was made a little to big. Or the implant width should have been wider. They are slightly different shapes and I want them to just sit there without a bra on. Perkier and less wobbly. I had an online consultation with Dr Tav and he quoted $22,000 but all up $28,000 with hospital, implants etc. If he could gaurentee they would look perfect and last forever it’s worth it as I love his work. But that quote just seems like so
  2. Hi ladies, has anyone had a lift with implants wihh dr Tavakoli and gone back for a revision? I had my surgery in 2011, I believe I will need a another lift and have my implants changed. Questions; did you have fat grafting? Internal bra good results consult with anyone else cost for revision if anyone would be able to tell me their experiences. Many thanks Taryn xx
  3. Hi all. I had an online consultation with Dr Tavakoli recently and was required to send photos. I always knew there was something wrong with my breasts and that I did not like them but I was relieved to find out that there is actually a deformity. I know that might sound strange but it made me feel justified for being so self conscious of them. Anyway, I found this website after doing some research on tuberous breasts and it has been so helpful. I decided to go ahead and book my surgery for early next year. I could not be more confident with my choice in surgeon, i just love his work. H
  4. In May I went and had a consult with Dr Tavakoli, I was welcomed and made feel, comfortable Jen had answered all my questions via email. I attended the consult and knew I didn't need to see another Dr I had found my guy. Looked at them and knew what would suit me talked me through that just a lift by its self was beneficial to me and we can discuss implants after I'm healed. Due to some unforeseen circumstance I had to change surgery dates around and this was never an issue Jen just accommodated my needs. The 3rd of November I come for pre op consult all questions were answered and I was ready
  5. Hi All... just wanted to post about my experience so far with my saggy boob journey. I breastfed for 2 years and went up to a 10i cup which then deflated to an empty and sad 10f-g (photos of before and after in my profile). I was hoping to have a small implant put in to fill them up and avoid the anchor scar of the BL so booked consults with Dr Tavakoli and Dr Miroshnik and also Dr ****** (advertised as cheapest implants in sydney) My first was with Dr T who was so kind, empathetic and professional and he told me my tissue would not hold an implant well and that in a year or so they wo
  6. Hi Guys, Sorry for a lack of updates lately but I thought I would firstly write about my pre-op appointment with Dr. Tavakoli and then write a new post about my big day! If any of you don't know I had to wait until the day prior to my operation to have my pre-op consultation with Dr. Tavakoli as I don't live in Sydney. Prior to this, I had spent quite a few months researching Dr. Tavakoli, looking at his work as well as speaking with the lovely ladies at his office and sending photos of myself and I knew he was the surgeon for me! Not only did he have a great reputation, he always did an amaz
  7. Im going to wake up with boobs... finally!! From Dr Tavakoli! I just put all my old bras in the hallway for my sisters to take (poor things have no boobs either ) someone asked me how and why a girl needs 100s of bras... well.. when your boobs havent grown since you were 10, you tend to accumulate a lot of bras over the years!! Getting tear drop, not sure of size yet (hes ordered 3 sizes and will put the biggest that will fit! I think the biggest is 480cc and the smallest was 300something...) YAYY!!!! Oh... Im getting rhino too due to breaking my nose twice and now I struggle to

  9. Hi girls I live in Adelaide, looking at travelling to Sydney for BA surgery. I have consultations booked for Feb with Dr. Miroshnik and Dr. Tavakoli.. I'm looking for some information from others who have travelled interstate for the surgery. Just general things I am wondering, like how long should I expect to stay in Sydney? How will I go with the flight home? Do I have follow up appointments with Doctors in Adelaide? Etc. thanks in advance x
  10. Hi! So after many years of hating my breasts & hiding them from everyone, i have finally decided to go ahead with my breast augmentation with Dr Tavakoli. I visiting Dr Tavakoli for my first consult back in April and was very happy with him. He was recommended by a close friend and also many of her friend, so i am feeling confident with him So apparently i will see him again a few weeks before the surgery date for a pre-op consult, does anyone know what this is exactly and what i can expect at this appointment? Although i have already been sized in my first consult, i am also going
  11. Hi Ladies! I am new to the forums (but have been following them for a while), and after years of deliberation I have finally decided I want to get the boobs I dreamt of. While I'm still short on a bit of money at the moment, I'd like to be able to get them done as soon as I have the cash!! <<excitement >> Having done alot of research so far, I am thinking Dr K Tavakoli might be a good option. What are peoples experiences with the waiting times for consultations? But what are the waiting times like from the date you make the appointment to the surgery? 1 month, 2, 3?
  12. Hi, I'm new to this site and have been trying to research the right surgeon. I have been set on Dr Tavakoli in Sydney to do a BA along with a couple other surgeries but after seeing an add on TV promoting specialised surgeons and assistance with breast surgery, I was referred to a Dr O'Mahony in Brisbane. She appears to be well credited and also does reconstructive work on childrenn however compared to Dr Tavakoli I can't find any reviews on Dr O'Mahony. Dr O'Mahony was extremely professional and a lot more thorough in her explanations and talked through expectations and was very inf
  13. The most fulfilling time of my life was when I breastfed all three of my children for the first year of their precious little lives. Now eight, six and two my precious little angels give me so much joy, though the three years of breastfeeding had left my breasts flat and saggy. Being a confident individual it was difficult to come to terms with the state of my breasts. I was simply embarrassed by them, I also found it difficult to dress nicely or find clothes that fit properly. I was determined to do something about it. Living near Campbelltown I found the nearest Plastic Surgeon (Dr George
  14. Hi there, I have been for a consultation with both Dr Tavakoli and Dr Liew, and found them to be poles apart .... Dr Liew was very professional and I had his full attention for a whole hour and went through photos to get my first reaction on what I thought were good/bad boobs, whereas Dr Tavakoli was brusque and was only with him for 15 mins in total despite paying a fee for a full hour consult. That said, I think that Tavakoli does seem to be brilliant ... I am wanting to book in for pre-op consult to have them done this December and am undecided as to which one to proceed with. Would
