  1. Perth Ladies help please! And any ladies who run with implants? Ive had initial consults with both Sam Cunneen and Mark Lee. Has anyone had BA with either of these guys? Im very confused. Not over sizing but more about tear drop v rounds. Sam rarely uses rounds and clearly recommends the tear drops textured (after explaining tje health risks).Mark on the other hand says he can get results the same as tear drops but uses the rounds and none of the new health risks with the rounds. He mentioned there are 'things we can do' surgically to get a spot on final result. So health wise the rounds are a winner with a surgeon who knows how to use them. BUT....i run alot. So Sam says the textured TD will kind of attach abit more than smooths. Mark says in all the removals he has done he has rarely seen a textured implant that has actually stuck to or attached to the flesh. 🤔🤔🤔 Any runners on here?Which type of implants do you have? Any problems or issues or are you happy? Any advice from ladies who have used these guys or are runners....greatly apprecaited 😊😊😊
  2. hi, I am 3 years post-op now and still unhappy with my scars. I have added my pictures so you can see what I am dealing with and hopefully some of you can give me some tips, ideas and recommendations. I have been using bio oil for some time now, but want something a bit more invasive to get better results. I am 3 years post-op, and YES I probably should have done something more invasive at the time when the scars where 'fresh' but I am a goose, and didn't do anything! Would love to hear from anyone who can recommend a good product or treatment
  3. Hi ladies, I'm only new around here, and I'm still on the very early part of my journey. I've been doing very basic email correspondence with a few clinics, and the majority of them seem to charge more for tear drop/anatomical. I always wanted XHP round for "that" look, but my partner and friends have introduced me to the tear drops and I think they're more "me". The most I've heard if $2000 and that was through The Breast Institute. Is this "normal"? Ameila
  4. I posted this in response someone else's topic so apologies if your seeing this twice. I just thought I'd get more answers post on its own. I'm feeling much better after meeting another plastic surgeon locally. Dr Nick Moncreiff . I'm booked in for 4th August. I cancelled with TCI & they were really great about it. They gave me a full refund of my deposit and consult fee. Dr Moncrieff was fantastic. He seemed to really get what it was I was after & was confident that I did not need a full lift. He's going to do teardrop implants with a wide base, dual plane. Then sit me up on the table & if he's not happy with how they look he will do an incision around my nipple on the left side ( not sure what it's called) and fix it that way & won't charge me any extra for doing so. I feel really confident with him but think I half switch off in the consult so I still have a few things I need to clarify at my next appointment before surgery. I was too excited that it was actually happening. Lol We initially discussed 300cc, then discussed 375cc. So I'm not to sure what he's got written down for me. I'm a little nervous that I'm not going to get the upper pole I'm after using teardrops, but maybe that's just the trade off I'll have to accept to avoid having a lift. Currently I'm about a 12/14A cup, 164cms 69kg. Hoping to achieve a full Cup or small D. I absolutely do NOT want any bigger. I've had small boobs all my life & am not exactly a small girl either so I feel like if I went bigger than that, that I'd look a lot bigger. I'm also a little worried that if I don't choose big enough ones & they shrink that I'll be left unhappy, & I certainly can't afford to go in for a revision. Anyone else here of similar stats ? Or used tear drop implants dual plane ? Or knows anything about anything I've written and could provide useful advice. lol.
  5. 1 week tomorrow until my surgery on the 4th August. I'm so excited. Im just wondering how many August ladies are not straight forward BA ? But who have decided to have only the implants ? Im unsure on how many cc's I'll be having but am hoping to go from an A- C/D. I'm having anatomical's, dual plane. My surgeon is confident that it will correct the asymmetry, & very borderline, mildly tuberous titties that I currently have from Breast feeding 2 kids. I am also a little droopy on the left side, so I'm a little nervous about how they will turn out without having a lift aswell. But I trust my surgeon so Fingers crossed. Any other ladies in a similar boat ? Oh & is there An August Facebook group ?
  6. Hi girls! It's been 6 days since I got my beautiful breasts done by Dr Ces size B to D (360cc slimed brazilians teardrop behind muscle) Where do I start.. I've always wanted larger breasts, my sister was lucky enough to be blessed with bigger boobs than me, and so do all my girlfriends, it's always what I've wanted to make myself feel more confident in clothes, swimwear etc, this was definitely for myself, not my partner or getting attention for the wrong reasons. The whole process I've gone through with Dr Ces and the lovely ladies at his clinic and the day hospital have been warm, caring and not one question that you might think is silly/stupid or embarrassing is that to any of them One day last month I was like stuff it, got the money (which was supposed to be for a home loan, oops!) and grew some lady balls and called Dr ces for a consultation. Few weeks later went in, I was so nervous, sweaty palms, thinking holy heck ok I'm actually doing this! He came out, greeted me with his nice white teeth and soothing voice. Sat down in his office and he proceeded to ask about myself, what I wanted in size, if I had any photos of what I may have wanted, I had no idea! All I said was D cup and natural , no porn star boobies lol. He explained the Brazilian implant and the benefits which was so interesting as I hadn't done much research at this point. Got to touch/squeeze all the different ones which was fun! As soon as i took my top off for measurements, he said "I'm going to remove that for you" haha as I had a quite large '3rd nipple' mole smack bang in the middle of my chest lol! He measured all the skin around my breasts, seemed very precise on everything, re measuring getting it all correct. Then had chicken fillets put into a sports bra. First reaction, omg they're huge! And heavy! At this point we had chosen 315cc tear drop brazilians. Three days later, I got boobie greed!! Which he warned me about in the consult. Emailed him and with a prompt response he said largest I could go was 360cc and it'll be a tight fit but still look very nice. This is what I booked in and so glad I did, not that much difference cc but just knowing that was definitely the largest I could go was fantastic! Month later I was in surgery actually getting it done! Southport day hospital was fantastic, ladies were so lovely, made sure I was comfortable and I was the lucky 1st one in at 7.30am. Saw Dr Ces again to do all the boobie drawings, again very precise. The warm operating bed was amazing! Drip in my hand stung like hell and out I was. Woke up quite well, when I was in recovery I got very light headed twice while my partner and Dr Ces were talking about the drains, so disgusting to me! Wheeled out to the car and off I was by around midday. My recovery week had ups and downs of course. I was lucky enough to have my partner for the whole week (he goes back to work tomorrow) but I'm a complete wuss! Tell you the truth last week was a bit of a blur, you just sleep, toilet and eat. I had love hate relationship with the drains, love it now because my boobs already look amazing, hate because they're disgusting and one really really hurt coming out on Friday! Now it's being patent, waiting for them to bloom into the perfect set of boobs I've always wanted! Found my nipples are more sensitive now too, which I'm loving If you just read my novel I really hope I've informed you and may have changed or secured your thought of going to Dr Ces. I cannot recommended him high enough and he will be my surgeon for life! I have before and after photos in my profile if you wish to view just send me a quick message and friend request Also my avatar is from today, 6 days after surgery!!

  9. Hi Ladies! I am booked in with Dr Witoon for July. And i thought rounds would be safer and give the fullness i want but he is only suggesting tear drop?! 10. Im going to wake up with boobs... finally!! From Dr Tavakoli! I just put all my old bras in the hallway for my sisters to take (poor things have no boobs either ) someone asked me how and why a girl needs 100s of bras... well.. when your boobs havent grown since you were 10, you tend to accumulate a lot of bras over the years!! Getting tear drop, not sure of size yet (hes ordered 3 sizes and will put the biggest that will fit! I think the biggest is 480cc and the smallest was 300something...) YAYY!!!! Oh... Im getting rhino too due to breaking my nose twice and now I struggle to breath and am in pain everyday... so im getting a double whammy!

  12. Hello everyone! I am getting a breast augmentation with Dr. Andrew Broadhurst from Enhance Plastic Surgery in Brisbane, QLD - I have been told they are the very best in QLD. I went in to my initial consultation explaining to Dr. Broadhurst that I really wanted to achieve a very full chest, however I also wanted them to look quite natural. I am naturally really petite - 162cm, 48kg and currently a AA cup. (I've attached a couple "before" photos) Due to my current body shape, Dr. Broadhurst suggested I should get the anatomical / tear drop implants rather than the round ones in order to get a more natural look for my figure. I will be going ahead with 330cc silicone anatomical implants. I guess my question is - has anyone here had a similar situation to me? And if so, are you glad you went with the tear drop shape? I completely trust Dr. Broadhurst and his amazing team, I'd just really love to hear from anyone who has made a similar implant decision. Thank you in advance for your help and support!
  13. Hey Ladies, So I've been in touch with Bangkok Hospital in Phuket about getting a BA. I mentioned that I would really like the Periareolar incision with Dr. Witoon and he has come back to me saying "Please proceed with either Endoscopic Breast augmentation or Tear Drop implants." I don't want the Endoscopic incision as I've recently learnt that they can't go back through that scar/incision upon revision and I'm not keen on having two lots of scars, might as well stick with the one location. So for me, this procedure is out. Now Tear Drop.. I don't know what to think because I was first drawn to this shape because of the reports that it can look very natural but then I was put off by the slight risk of the implant flipping, does anyone know why Dr. Witoon would suggest this implant shape over the rounds? I am a very cynical person and I can't help but wonder if he suggested the Endoscopic because it's the more expensive procedure and same with suggesting the Tear Drop implant, because it is the more expensive implant. Am I being paranoid? Why wouldn't a surgeon be inclined to go with my preferred choice of the periareolar incision, my nipples aren't small, they are a normal size. Do all PS always suggest what is best? Because after all, he is not the one that has to live with the results! P.S - In November I was in contact with Dr. Piyapas and he recommended a BA under the breast fold, despite at the time me wanting the Endoscopic Incision. He didn't mention anything about Tear Drop implants. I'm so confused because they aren't similar consults! HELP! :S
  14. Being only 18 years old I took the big step in deciding that I wanted a BA. I was originally a aacup and after speaking to my doctor and Dr Harwood they came to the conclusion that I wouldn't grow anymore than I was. Being only 157cm and 47kg, I have a small frame and the main idea of my BA was to even out my body and make it look as natural as possible. After meeting with Dr Harwood for the first time he told me I had to go under the muscle, due to the lack of thick skin. He gave me he option of 250cc High Profile Brazilian Tear Drops or 270cc. We decided the 270cc would be most effective. Yesterday was D Day. I was very nervous though as I was getting dressed and ready the young girl before me came out and reassured me that you literally feel nothing and just nod off to sleep. I had a last minute stress attack that I would be going through all the pain for hardly any size difference so Dr Harwood calmly reassured me of my overall goal, natural and even looking breasts. He also remeasured me and told me the next size up implants wouldn't fit so there wasn't really option. I found him extremely reassuring while still giving his opinion and listening to mine. The first lot of twilight sedation made me feel slightly ill as the room spun quite a lot though i was told to close my eyes and this made everything better. Waking up i could hear the nurses and Dr speaking and cutting the last few stitches and within minutes they were putting my clothes back on and leading me out to the recovery room. I had no pain at all for the next 6-7 hours and just felt numb thinking this was great until the night hit. I took all pills required and still was in immense pain finding it very hard to breathe. First night I didn't sleep well at all as I couldn't move or sit up and struggled to find a comfortable position as my neck and back were very sore. I ended up sleeping flat which put more pressure on my chest but relaxed my back and mind. I ended up moving to a recliner couch which was SOO much better, I will be sleeping in it for the rest of the week. I showered this morning and saw my new breasts for the first time and cried out of joy. They look absolutely amazing and natural and I can't thank Dr Harwood for his beautiful work and also ensuring my overall goal was met. Second day pain was a lot more severe in the morning though as long as you keep up your pills and iced peas by the evening the pain was mild. I would recommend to anyone Dr Harwood as the experience has been so great especially being only 18 and having this for the rest of my life, he really did a great job. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions at all. Alana
  15. Hi Ladies, My pics are up from my BA yesterday with Dr. Harwood. Surgery went extremely well and I feel that my boob greed is settling in!!! Kind of wishing that I had asked for the 360CC instead of 315CC Brazilian tear drop but I will see how it goes after the swelling. Anyone else had this feeling straight after surgery? Pain is minimal due to taking my meds, valium gets me really doped out. Send a friend request if you would like to see my results
