  1. Ok I know this has probably been asked 120 times but what's your opinion of overs and unders?Which ladies on the forum have overs, and who has unders? I know the majority has unders. I always thought of myself having unders, as I didn't really like the thought of overs really because I've heard rippling is seen more and there's a higher risk of cc. But I had a consultation a while ago and the surgeon recommended overs for me because I have enough breast tissue to cover them. Plus overs will give me more upper pole fullness (which I really need) whereas unders will give me less upper pole fullness. I haven't had a consultation with my actual surgeon (Dr Tang) yet as he's in Sydney and ill be meeting him the day before surgery. So I don't know what placement he will recommended. I'm just nervous! And I'm nervous about the size I want to go. One other guy recommended 375cc and said any bigger and I will sag quickly...Then the surgeon I last saw recommended 450cc and didn't seem worried about sag (I even told him what the last guy said!) 43 days to go!!!
  2. Hello! I am getting revision breast surgery on July 1st with Dr Broadhurst in Brisbane! I am 165cm, 62kg. My implants are 10 years old (425cc, under the muscle) and after two babies breastfed for a year each and a dramatic change in body composition they feel so tiny and are under my armpits! I want more fullness through the centre of my chest and hoping to get back to a DD, but not much bigger, I was a DD/E when I first got surgery with easily achieved cleavage; and you'll see now how small they look, I have such a big gap now I don't really get much cleavage at all. Dr Broadhurst wants a scan done to determine the condition of my current implants and I had to show him proof I have 425 cc's in already lol, after 10 years and how active I am they do not look like that size now! I am a C in bras these days, but no cleavage and that's what I want back! So my next consult is on the 21st for more sizings; but he did say that if I want that fullness through the middle I'll have to go bigger than 425s so I'm guessing I'll be in the 500s for cc's....which kind of worries me a a little as it just sounds so big 😕 I can't go over the muscle due to my leanness and lack of breast tissue. First two pics are what they are now, Third pic onwards is wish boobs thanks for letting me introduce myself!
  3. Hey guys, Just past the 3 month mark now and my boobs are still sitting quite high. Whilst looking pretty good front on they still look stupid from the side with that weird torpedo look! I had under the muscle round HP implants taking up my whole base width. Am I being impatient or should they be looking more normal by now? Thanks
  4. Hey guys, I'm one week post op and really disappointed with my size/projection. I started off as a B and wanted to go to a DD or close to that so I went with 390cc Silimed implants under the muscle. They are nowhere near as big as my PS said they would turn out, they look more like a full c Will they get larger over time as the muscle loosens?
  5. I'm day 6 today, but my op was at approx 7pm so really only 5.5 haha.. anyway, just wondering when everyone started driving again? my surgeon has already given me the all clear to drive, but it still hurts to even be a passenger. Especially with corners an ld stuff. I just can't imagine driving yet, I also drive a manual. obviously I'm going to listen to my body and wait til I'm ready, don't want to do any damage. Just interested to hear everyone else's stories
