  1. Ok I know this has probably been asked 120 times but what's your opinion of overs and unders?Which ladies on the forum have overs, and who has unders? I know the majority has unders. I always thought of myself having unders, as I didn't really like the thought of overs really because I've heard rippling is seen more and there's a higher risk of cc. But I had a consultation a while ago and the surgeon recommended overs for me because I have enough breast tissue to cover them. Plus overs will give me more upper pole fullness (which I really need) whereas unders will give me less upper pole fullness. I haven't had a consultation with my actual surgeon (Dr Tang) yet as he's in Sydney and ill be meeting him the day before surgery. So I don't know what placement he will recommended. I'm just nervous! And I'm nervous about the size I want to go. One other guy recommended 375cc and said any bigger and I will sag quickly...Then the surgeon I last saw recommended 450cc and didn't seem worried about sag (I even told him what the last guy said!) 43 days to go!!!
  2. I've had two consults with different PS's and one recommended sub fascial, the other dual plane... PS who recommended sub fascial measured skin, other surgeon didn't, he did a visual only. Now I'm really confused! I dont really want to see a third PS. Any thoughts...thanks
  3. Help!! I can not decide what is the best choice, my only goal is to pick up the girls that are sagging like crazy after two kids and feel perky again. I'm afraid if I went tear drop Id have no cleavage and they wouldn't look big enough? But will rounded look funny on a skinny girl? (57 kilos, 169cm) I'm afraid due to how saggy my breasts are the round implants won't sit nicely however I'm getting a lift, what did everyone else with lifts decide? Also would high profile give me nastier scars and work against the lift? I'd love to be big and round but not if it will make the scars 10x worse Any help greatly appreciated!!
  4. hi ladies just wanted to ask anyone who has had mentor textured implants a question, How do they feel? (sorry to be straight to the point haha ) I'm getting textured implants either under the muscle or duel plane. I'm just a little worried because I've heard that textured feel slightly firmer than smooths and unders are also a little firmer than overs. so are textured under the muscle still soft? I don't want hard boobs
  5. Hi ladies, So the 24 Oct is drawing near and I'm freaking out a little and second guessing everything!!! Especially the fact that my surgeon wants to do overs and I'm fine with that but really worried about CC! Is there anyone out there with unders who also have been unlucky enough to get CC or is this mainly an overs risk?
  6. This is probably a stupid question but if you get overs do they sag quicker than unders? I assume they are bigger over but what are the other pro's, I love the look of them. I don't have my first consult until this Friday so hoping someone can fill me in.
  7. Hi girls, Well, I had my BA procedure today and thought I'd share my post-op experiences, as I know reading about everyone's experiences really helped me! Firstly, I had my BA with Dr Kim Harwood (Spring Hill, Brisbane). I ended up choosing him based on my experience with him during my consults and on the many rave reviews I received from friends who used him, and from girls on this forum - so thank you for that! Dr Harwood's consults are free, and I liked how he spent 45 minutes with me answering all my questions and really finding out about me and what would suit my body type. I'm 6 feet tall and 75 kgs, slim but pear-shaped with a bigger bootie. So hoping these bigger breasts will balance out my shape and make me feel better in my clothing, etc He measured up my breast, chest, shoulders, looked at my over all body shape, narrow shoulders and lifestyle (eg I'm no athlete or gym-head, but I do like walk daily/ride a bike and go to the gym for treadmill work and light lifting - so didn't want anything TOO big to get in the way of my lifestyle). I'm also 'older' at 42, so was really worried about my age, but he made me feel more confident about that too, etc. Anyhow, I had the procedure this morning and am amazed how good I feel. I really thought Id be in a lot of pain, but I'm feeling pretty good. His staff were great, meeting with me for a half hour to go over the post-op care, and answering any questions I had. It was great because she had a BA 4 years ago, so could give me sound advice/comments about what would happen after and what to expect. Dr Harwood was great/calming during the preparation, and my husband was with me too until I fell asleep so that was nice too. Dr Harwood was very calming and answered all my groggy questions, etc! I woke up thinking I had never fallen asleep, as they were finishing up the procedure (cleaning up the chest, taking off the surgical sheets, etc) and they told me it was all over! Had a cup of tea with my husband in the recovery room, and although feeling a little groggy, went straight home after a half hour. Im going to follow all the post-op meds - they really said I should take the Valium (since I had unders) to make sure there were no muscle spasms, and of course ALL the antibiotics until they were gone, so Im going to follow all that. Ok, ladies - that's about it from me, resting at home! I will keep you updated as I know everyone's experiences helped me a lot and made me feel more calmer/excited about going ahead with the whole procedure. Cheers! Babs PS I'm 6 feet, 75 kgs, slim but pear shaped (hopefully no more!), was basically a 12 A/B and got 385g anatomical high profile Brazilians under the muscle.
  8. Hi Ladies, I have done some research on the forum about Tim Brown as I have a consult with him soon. A lot of people have pointed out he only or prefers to only go over the muscle. Can someone please verify this? I am sure a girl I know got unders with him. So I am a bit confused, if he is bias towards over the muscle I will cancel my consult. Thanks
  9. Hi girls, I'm new to this but have got some great info from all your forums etc. thank you!! Yesterday I had two BA consultations and although I'm sure I want to go ahead I'm a bit confused as what to go with and would love any advice or to hear from ppl similar to me! My stats are 28yo mum of 2, 163cm 55kg, 12A. 1 PS reccommended 320cc dual plane ultra high round implants while the other... 400cc over muscle ultra high round implants. I would love to be a full C cup, small D And did love the look of the 400cc, but I'm worried that going that big and 'over' will look really 'fake'. I originally liked the idea of 'unders' but the thing putting me off is recovery time. With two boys, 3 & 18mths and a husband that works away I can't be out of action for too long! Thoughts, advice etc. will be greatly appreciated!! Thank u so much and thank u for reading!! Xoxo
