how long du you have to sleep elevated ?

Recommended Posts

I slept elevated for the first 4 nights post op then on my back with a pillow under my knees to help with sore back. I now sleep half on my side, not comfortable enough to sleep properly on my side so wedge a pillow under my back so I am half on my side. Do whatever you feel most comfortable and confident with. You'd definitely be fine 3 weeks post op to stop sleeping elevated

Hmmm 7 days post op n I'm already semi side sleeping , I just wake up sort of twisted with my torso n legs to the side n my back n chest on n angle almost completely on my side lol n found that started happening like since day 2 really by accident I'd wake up like that. I tell u what tho Ive got sore shoulders n neck everyday n it's starting to give me tension headaches I can't stand it but if I take sleeping tablet I wake up feeling bit better. But that's no good either taking prescription meds all time .
