Mine says no as well. Depending on your incision area (although not much difference between underarm and crease), you don't want any foreign substance hanging around the area possibly going into your body and causing problems - infection and all that. I'm sure that probably isn't the case but better to be safe and au natural for the day :)

Yep I went au natural on the day, I was told not to apply any moisturiser or deodorant was hard when I had na afternoon surgery! They need to have a sterile area and additionally its harder to have things stick to your skin if you have moisturiser or other things on your skin first.
