sag_to_bounce
Please help, I'm so confused. When converting Aus money into Thai baht in bangkok- (I think I'll just do it at the hospital) will I be charged fees to change it or will I be paid whatever their exchange rate is? Will the exchange rates be similar to that on Google or better/worse?
sag_to_bounce
Example on Google my procedure should supposedly be 8800 at a 26.08 exchange rate. I'm carrying aud over, when I pay if their exchange rate is the same would I pay that same number or have hundreds of dollars slapped on top just for changing it? Thanks

Hopeforbiggerboobs
Be careful that the hospital does the same exchange rate as google because here its diferent everywhere. Airports, banks, booths ect..

I was there for 3 weeks arrived 2nd April left the 22nd April and the best rate i got was 25.05 and the lowest was 23.9 pretty crap at the moment but I noticed today its roughly 26.0 so looks like its getting better ... And im pretty sure the hospitals over there use whatever the Bangkok Bank exchange is ... mumO5
Hopeforbiggerboobs
I never paid with the hospital I had to pay cosmeditour 4 weeks in advance before surgery. But all my spending money I exchanged here. The best exchange rate we have seen so far is 25.60 but everywhere is roughly 25.
