Do bigger implants hurt more than smaller ones?

I think probably the skin would feel more stretched and tighter the bigger you go.  My 1st operation my chest felt so tight, 2nd time around I had bigger implants and the skin didn't feel so stretched, but I guess it had been stretched from the 1st time and pregnancies.  I think it depends on the surgeons technique as to the level of pain.  Also everyone has a different pain threshold to how much pain they are in.  Dr Ces did my 2nd operation which had a lot of revision to do and I was not in pain just uncomfortable.  I didn't have to take any pain meds the whole recovery.  Any pain you do feel though would be worth it as it doesn't last for ever and you have nice big boobs :-)

I went as big as I could go, which was still pretty small compared to most girls (315cc), but I had no sagging or stretched skin beforehand and my doc said he actually had trouble closing lefty up (which was my smaller boob), and I experienced quite a lot of pain for the week after surgery, and discomfort for about a month. So yeah, I guess it all depends on how much your skin and muscles need to stretch. I also went with Dr Ces, so I doubt it's anything to do with him or his techniques as other girls had no pain with him. Don't let the potential pain put you off trying to get the size you want though; it was completely bearable with codeine and it's such a short amount of time in the scheme of things.
