Hi girls,

My surgery is coming up soon wooo and i'd love to see some before and after shots of women who are not quite over weight, but not quite slim either. Whether it makes a difference or not I have no idea but my weight isn't lowering as quick as id like before surgery.. So would love to see how you went if you were a little bigger before surgery and maybe lost weight afterwards?

I don't know if any of that has made sense but I guess I'm after a visual of what implants would look like with some chest fat as well.. Like around the armpit area etc.. Just to put my anxious mind at ease..

I've wondered about this too.    I'm not over weight by bmi but I definitely carry extra fat and fat under the arm.

I was worried  how I'd look with boobs and underarm fat.   I really don't want to look too heavy. 

How did you go ?
