I am looking to get my surgery done locally before i look at options elsewhere but this surgery is a big deal and like most of you i am a tad anxious about the surgeon i choose. If you could share your experiences so i have a better idea i would appreciate it. Feel free to message me also as. From what I've heard, he has lots of experience and great results, but that's just from word of mouth. I found him lovely in the two consults I've been to - seems to now his stuff and takes the time to explain things. His assistant Kirsty is just beautiful and just helpful and reassuring also. I'm not at all worried that he won't do a great job! I'm more worried about recovery and down time than anything! Feel free to FR me. And if you don't mind me asking what is his surgery costs like? Louboobs Posted May 28, 2015 Report Share Posted May 28, 2015 No, not booked out at all! I booked my surgery for 3 weeks following consult but could have had it the following week! Dr Vucak said that the surgery only takes an hour so easy to schedule in. He does approx 15 girls a week. I have some mild sagging so am going teardrop silimed (furry) so it's $9500 but round smooth silicone implants are only $7500. This includes post op consults and one bra. Medications are around $80. I'm a deflated b, wanted to go to a small D, so am going 315cc's, high profile. I tried on 360cc's but mark was honest and said it was too big and too wide for what I was looking for. I'm only 157cms, 52kgs and his opinion is that woman my frame size don't tend to have boobs that big and as I was wanted to go natural looking, he wouldn't recommend them. Implant sizes depend on what size boobs you are starting with, body composition, profile etc. The 275 mods look bigger than 315cc highs for me for example. I got the opportunity to see someone with 600cc's 1 week post op in person and whilst I thought that sounded huge, the size suited her. He can't tell you what size you'll equate to as all bra sizes differ but the best indication of size is trying in implants. My advice to you is take photos of you wearing sizers, as I felt overwhelmed and confused when trying on my options. I looked back at pics at home and in office and it helped enormously! Sometimes having a friend come isn't helpful as their idea of what suits you is different to your idea, my Hubbie was better! I found him down to earth, honest and very helpful as I'm fairly indecisive. I also was considering mod profile but again he advised that as I needed my nipple lifted somewhat so high profile may be my best option. I did feel that it was my decision the whole time though. I've had one consult with Mark and two appts with his PA to chat about size and other stuff - he even popped his head in on one of my PA appts to help with decision making. I think you will hear mixed reviews about most doctors as everyone's expectations and perceptions are different. In my opinion, follow your instinct and also do your research and if it feels right, go for it. He has the experience and credentials and I've heard more positive things abouts his BA's than negative (I've not heard any negative actually). I'd be curious to heard the bad feedback?!
