But this is something serious because now I'm just over a month away and I'm starting to get scared.. I have my preop on the 6th and surgery on the 7th of July. I have only spoke to dr m via phone consultation and with pictures. So far everything is good, and obviously we haven't chose and exact sizer, he said I could expect a full C or D cup. And any bigger might leave me with lots of stretch marks. It's hard to imagine what my toob boobs while turn out like exactly (grade 2 tuberous). I'm 100% sure on my choice of doctor, My question here is though .. What do you think my biggest size would be? Yes I want to look somewhat natural, but If I'm paying an arm and a leg for a boob job I kinda want it to look like I've had one! Anyone know what I'm saying? Just worried about how it all turns out, I heard its normal to start feeling nervous about this kinda stuff. Obviously naked I do lol I was so so worried about being too big & now I'm like most others thinking hmm I could have gone waaaaaay bigger LOL But having said that if I could make my saggy pointy old boobs look like this with a padded bra I can only imagine what these things will look like when I can play them up! I think it all depends on your BWD, skin stretch & your lower pole constriction & the scoring he will have to do. I had a BWD of 13.5 & was absolutely maxed out at 450cc mod+ because of the constricted lower pole, he was hoping not to have to lower my creases & if I went smaller he wouldn't of had to because my skin had been stretched from pregnancy. violett Posted May 27, 2015 Report Share Posted May 27, 2015 I was maxed out at 295, absolutely could not have gone any bigger based on my dimensions. I had creases lowered and radial scoring. Think I've got serious boob envy now, I think my partner is sick of my showing him boobs that's how much of an obsession it's become! I don't want to be disappointed, I doubt I will be. You're going with Dr Miroshnik too?! My surgery is on july 2nd I'm going I think it's 390cc, I am mild (grade 1) tuberous. I am also having an areola reduction to avoid stretching them from the implants. He will have to lower my crease slightly as I wanted the bigger size, and he only gave me 2 choices of the larger implants for my dimensions and goals (D to DD) if I went D only he wouldnt have to lower the crease. But like you I am worried about them being too small for the cost and goals I have my heart and chest set on haha. Ofcourse us toob boob girls need the scoring to cut the constriction that's made us that way Trust him he is a gift from God! Such a talent this man. Don't get me wrong I've been going through everything in my head too and it is such an emotional rollercoaster and rethinking things etc. you'll be fine, we're all here for reassurance too for each other. It's good you don't have to pay for accomodation to my dad lives in the central Sydney area so we will visit them while we're up, but I haven't told them about my surgery and if I did I don't think I'd have the heart to explain being tuberous I've def done the emotional eating before! I lost 17kgs in high school and I've managed to keep it of but I do have to work for it. Are you going to stay the same weight or try get back to your normal weight before surgery? Other thought I had is the 'slimmer my figure' is the bigger my implants will look haha do you think thatll work? I feel like I'd be in a happy place going to 'sleep' with dr m hovering over me I seriously love all his other work of tuberous cases! Yeah I'm sure we'll all have smiles online faces before we "sleep" haha I know what you mean about the other tuberous cases you've seen and hating other surgeons work!! I've also felt like that and scared of the results. But I have to say Dr M's work I trust. Ask to see the other tuberous cases he's done on his computer babe they're so good! I just wish I had of known mine were tuberous beforehand. I didn't know until consult. Luckily mine was only mild so he just had to lower my natural crease and release the constricted tissue otherwise was straight forward BA. I'm a bit over 3 months PO now and have started to really notice a difference between righty and lefty. Righty was more constricted and have noticed lefty is bigger and softer than right.
