AMGreaves
Hello I'm in the process of booking with TCI with Dr Lee. I am worried that I won't get the desired look due to most of my breast tissue gone due to two pregnancies and breast feeding. I am currently a 10AA (first teen bra). I would like my cleavage to meet with out a bra but don't want the rounder shape. Has anyone else had similar size and managed to get a lovely natural shape. Thank you
donatella
You do realise that TCI only use rounds don't you? I would recommend seeing miroshnik or tavakoli and investing in a surgeon who can work with your requests not one that do the same style on everyone zoesmith, Newster and lambi
AMGreaves
I have seen some photos similar to the look I would like and have asked a lot of questions about what would require a more natural look due to my small stature and frame. But I don't mind a little round appearance just not the extra high profile. Just was wondering if there were any TCI patients who had my cup size before and ended up looking mostly natural
RH4K
I think as long as you don't have any sag (or minimal sag) if you go with moderate profile you'll get a more natural look
mycosmeticjourney
I reckon moderate profile rounds would still give a natural look. I'm not a surgeon but and it depends on what you have now.
MelbGal
Hi there. I too had very small boobs and lack of breast tissue due to breastfeeding two babies and my concern too was not achieving a natural look but I think I have even with rounds. If you get the right size for your frame they won't look overly fake. It's when women go huge that they start looking fake (although they can look amazing in their own right). You can FR me to see pics of you like
Iwantbigboobehs
from seeing your pre-op picks, i reckon u'll get an awesome result. they're not saggy or anything and your nipple looks like a good position. Not that i'm a surgeon but because your thin and don't have much breast tissue.. they're probably going to look pretty round and fake if you go the TCI route.. the ones that look really natural are the ones that had breast tissue to start with. Do lots of research. look at loads of before and afters of boobs that look like yours. If you're after a particular look, i'd at least have a consult with a Plastic Surgeon first. And.. you never know, you're taste might change after ogling lots of before and after pics:) Lovely and donatella
Guest
If you want your boobs to be closer and not have so much upper pole and crazy projection then mod or mod plus rounds in a conservative size will give you a great result. You can still get very natural result with rounds it all depends on profile, positioning and cc's. I though I needed a lift and that all my tissue was destroyed after bf so I panicked before I even had my first consult, I'd suggest to book one in ask your questions then go away do more research and have another consult if need be then go for it Oh and don't judge moderate + projection by my boobies only because I have XL implants, google more conservative ones
