DD/E cup to B cup? What type of incision etc

I'm thinking of a small reduction - currently DD/E - down to a full B to be more in proportion to my small frame and hopefully ease some neck/back pain.

I'm getting a little overwhelmed with surgery and incision options for this type of small reduction.

Any ladies that have had this size reduction before, what type of surgery, incisions, drains or no drains, recovery etc did you do and would you have had requested anything be done differently if you could do it over again?

I went from a E cup to a full B/small C last September. The surgery included a breast lift as well, as my large breasts were saggy and my nipples looked at the floor. I have scars under the breasts and up to the nipples and around the nipples but they are fading now and are actually not that noticeable any more. I had no drains and not much swelling. Didn't have to wear any compression garment. Just wore crop top type bras for around 6 weeks. Not much pain. I love my small breasts. Best thing I have ever done.

I'm just throwing in a wow there- anchor lifts for such small sizes. I had a reduction done in jan, they did like a j shape (and reverse j shape) and reshaped the nipple. I used to b a k cup now I'm roughly about a dd-ish. I had 2.44kgs cut away. The way the new boobs sit they cover the bottom of the scars, so all you see is the line coming up and around the nipple- my surgeon wanted it so that if I wanted to wear a low cut top or bikini that the scars wouldn't be visible.
