RH4K
Hi Ladies, I've been trying to transition into sleeping on just one or 2 pillows but the issue is the pain on waking up. My boobs, ribs, breast bone in between boobs and back absolutely kill me for about 10 mins after I get up. Once I've had a super hot shower and get moving it gets better. Is this what they call morning boob? And how long does this horror last? By the way I'm 12 days post op. TIA leelee7
Guest
Yup dreadful morning boob. Mine lasted approx 6-8 weeks but from week 3 it wasn't too bad just uncomfortable. RH4K

pink butterfly
Yes good ol morning boob! It won't last forever. I found it really decreased by the 6 to 8 week mark. You are right, once you get moving you feel so much better.

Usplusthree
Yes! Morning boob is a THING! Stay as upright as you can for a while, it does help!
Minx
It brings it all back ... I had it until week 7 and stayed sleeping upright for almost 4 weeks, it really does help.
Gabby1
I was lucky and really didn't get morning boob, but l slept upright on about five pillows for over three weeks and gradually removed them. It was difficult to sleep on only one or two pillows after that! Hope it disappears soon for you!
