Abevemi
I had my consult on Tuesday with Dr Mansoor Mirkazemi. I have chosen 440cc under muscle , moderate profile, textured silicone - so much information overload! I am borderline needing a lift, so the surgeon will make the decision once he has fitted the implant - gives me something to look forward to finding out when I wake up! I was hoping I didnt need a lift, but there you go Anyway, I am 166cm, 59kg, and a deflated b cup after breastfeeding 3 babies. Just wondering if anyone has similar stats and would care to share some before and after shots?Hubby is disappointed that I didnt choose a bigger implant, but hopefully he will be happier once he see's the 3d image (hopefully I will get that in the next week)So excited to get this skin filled back out!!! mia
TallGirl
Hey I'm 183cm 75kg and had the option of 445cc moderate under. I'm going bigger 485cc high (or bigger, will consult with surgeon again before I go in) as I'm broad and with under you lose 50cc. Plus don't want "boob greed". I'm booked for my BA in Oct and am getting really impatient. Hopefully you won't need a lift! When are you getting it done? When it comes to surgery always do what you want and feel comfortable with as you don't want to do it for someone else and have regrets. ittybittytittys
Hey abevemi! I have similar stats to you I'm 165cm and currently floating around 61kgs (I'm working on that lol) I too breastfed my three babies and now am around a deflated b/c. Was that the largest implant you where able to have? I am hoping to get as large as possible well over 500cc n e who ?. Did you have your bwd measured that is still a mystery to me. I've not heard of your p's but I am booked in at tci with dr lee in October and counting down the days ...
ittybittytittys
Oh and my shots are shocking! I swear the photos make them look worse than I feel they are if I'm looking at them directly. And I have a noticeable asymmetry too thanks to my super left boob working overtime for my babies hahaha
TallGirl
Ittybittytittys when in Oct? I'm on 6th oct with Dr Tang
ittybittytittys
Oh really tallgirl that's so exciting mine is the 9th by memory and consult on the 8th. I'll have to keep in touch and see how you go! Are you traveling or are you from Sydney? Ahhh I cannot wait but going to see a p's here in perth before hand just in case I just don't want to be disappointed the day before surgery at least I can get used to whatever my limits are roughly a couple of months earlier. Have you already had a consult with dr tang? I'd friend request but I'm a newbie and have no idea how lol
Abevemi
They have applied to the hospital for an extra theatre date in July, but if they cant get that then I will have to wait for September. I have 3 little ones, so have to try and work around school times I tried on several different sizes, and he told me to tell him when I felt that we had gone a bit far. Just to make sure, I asked to go one size up again, and that confirmed it for me that the 440c looked "right". he didnt tell me about losing 50cc by going under muscle though - whats the deal with that????What is bwd??? ittybittytittys
Breast width diameter from what I've gathered it can be useful in determining appropriate size cc for your stature. It is a measurement from your side to the centre of your nipple, although I've seen it explained as from the side to the middle crease of your breast. Which is crazy cos based on tht mine would be 18 cm hahaha. To do it accurately I believe calipers are used? I've heard about the loss of 50cc under the muscle I suppose it's just the physics of an implant behind a wall as oppose to over it.
TallGirl
Go with the size that feels right I have no idea how to fr either! Haha I'll be traveling from Melb. Going up on the Monday returning Thurs. I had my consult a week or so ago to make sure it's what I wanted to do. They are all lovely at TCI I will just go over sizes on the day... Abevemi
He used callipers and made note of about eleventy billion measurements - the only ones I really caught were 12.5cm (i thing that was the width of my breast ?? and 22cm from my throat bit to the middle of my nipple. ittybittytittys
ittybittytittys
That sounds about right I measured mine again and came up with 13 cm. I'll have to try the one the throat to the nipple try and scour the Internet to see what sizes allow lol I just can't wait till my consult. Tallgirl did you remember any measurements from your consult?
TallGirl
I have no idea of my measurements!!!!! I'm going to ask as I also need to find out if it's ok to be on champax to quit smoking. It's going to be hard with out it but I do have the girls to protect .... and my lungs. Good reason to stop anyway I'll get back to you on my measurements! ittybittytittys
ittybittytittys
Yeah best way great reason to quit too! My aunt did after 40 yrs and she said after a month she could taste better too. My friends op is next week and she's down to one a day so hopefully you will be fine to take champix. Coolies what size are you going for again? Going to ask what's the biggest and figure down from there Def don't want boob greed lol. I gotta ask about arnica, not sure if you've heard but it's a supplement you can begin taking a week before surgery and it helps with bruising and recovery but if not allowed should be able to take it after surgery but I'll still check. Plus I'm taking qsillica atm so my skin is in tip top nick but I'm unsure if I'll have to stop tht beforehand too. So much to ask...
TallGirl
Yeah I've heard taste gets better! I just try and think how much fitter is be... Plus I'm putting the money is spend on smokes in a jar so when I get boobies I can use the money towards sexy bras my hair is wrecked and I just had it all cut off I nearly cried but I've heard of silica and how good it is... Let me know when you find out! I took stuff before my wisdom teeth came out to help with swelling but it didn't really work.... I'm going 485 hp atm which dr said would get me a d-dd but I think I want a little bigger!!
ittybittytittys
The silica is good I got my sister in law onto it. All I can say is after a month or so I put my sunnies on and my lashes where hitting the lens! No joke and hers did the same. But yes I'll ask if we can continue taking it or if you have to stop b4 surgery. I'm taking the liquid which u just put in a bit of water and drink quick. There are tablets but I'm a wuss and don't do tablets unless it's necessary. Yes why not big boobies all the way! I'm sure you won't regret an extra 50cc anyway. Ideally we only want to be doing this once so go the whole hog I say but I'm bias lol. Aww poor you I cnt imagine mine is fairly long and was quite ratty at ends but seems to be getting better but quiting smoking will improve all of that hair skin ect. But even then I still wanna chop it all off at least once a week ?
RH4K
I'm surprised he's using 440 mods with your BWD as they're quite a wide implant. My BWD is 16cn and I got 445 mods Edited June 27, 2015 by RH4K Autocorrect
ittybittytittys
I think it also depends on placement too. So tallgirl is high profile but would have to maybe choose smaller if she had gone moderate and able to go higher if it was extra high profile. If you imagine the the round implant if they are higher than the widest point on your bwd well then the diameter of the round would be at the smaller end and so could be bigger if you see what I mean. Hard to explain I'm not a surgeon or anything but that's what I have gathered from my hours of pouring over threads and forums ?
TallGirl
Yeah I could go 445 mod but I want bigger so have have to go hp as you said no regrets!!!! I think I'd do tablet form for silica sounds easier haha
Abevemi
I'm surprised he's using 440 mods with your BWD as they're quite a wide implant. My BWD is 16cn and I got 445 mods I told him I wanted a good amount of cleavage, as well as a bit of side boob - so maybe thats why he chose them ? TallGirl
Abevemi, silica can be taken up to two weeks before surgery and same goes for champix
ittybittytittys
Tallgirl did you ring up? So then we have to stop supplements and such two weeks prior to surgery?
TallGirl
Yeah I called and the lady spoke with my dr. Seems like if it's two weeks before for those two I'd say the same for other supplements..
Furnie
How exciting. I'm booked in for 6/8/15 with Mansoor for BA. I didn't like the 3D image however, but I have faith in his real work.
MrsK1312
Pls be careful with champix... i went on it last yr and whilst it worked (smoke free for 10 months) it sent me crazy!!! Dr ended up putting me on antidepressants and anxiety medications ? just be careful.i only did 1.5 months not the full 3 cos i just couldn't handle it anymore. I had my last smoke on day 7 of the tablets but felt so sick and yuk. As for bwd, mine is 13.5 and i went 475cc anatomical mod plus. Im tuberous and have no lower poles so i needed projection. Tried the 525cc in surgery but only gave width. TallGirl and ittybittytittys
