I've been a silent follower for ages now and trying to work out who might be the best surgeon for me....  I'm booked in for a few consults but feel like I'm getting overwhelmed with all the different options of implants and surgeons etc... Can Brisbane/ Gold coast ladies please tell me their recommendations for best PS/CS.... I want natural looking, probably tear drop?

I had my surgery with Dr Patrick Tansley from The Cosmetic Surgery Institute of Australia (do not confuse that with The Cosmetic Institute....2 very different companies).

Dr Tansley is an amazing Plastic & Reconstructive surgeon & I couldn't recommend him more. He does work out of Dr Flemming's office & he is a specialist in the use of Polyurethane coated implants, which are not suited to everyone. But I would strongly suggest at least going to have a chat with him. I am sure he would use other implant types if you were not comfortable with the polyurethane ones, you'd  just need to discuss both options with him & see which would be better for the results you are looking for.

But seriously, if you went with him, you would not regret it. Good luck!! :)

I went with Dr Terrance Scamp on the GC and he is a PS and is well experienced with anatomical implants (you want to go with someone who uses them a lot to limit the chance of rotation). I got 280cc moderate profile dual plane anatomical implants.

Im 3 weeks post op and I can't fault his work so far. My new girls are great and my recovery has been pretty good. He was also pretty good with fitting me in at the last minute because I had a dilemma about sizing a week before my surgery.

He's not the type to hold your hand, but he is good at what he does - very precise and listens to what you want.

I think mine cost me ~$10k...? Forgotten the price already lol.

see Dr Richard Theile or Dr Phil Richardson. I had mine done with Dr Andrew Broadhurst and he is amazing im 1 week post op.

Go through the breast institute in Brisbane there all Plastic surgeons and really good at what they do! that's where I went :)

I wanted a natural look but he explained to me how I already had a tear drop shaped breast. And if they used a tear drop implant it would just amplify that. so I went round and im really really happy! I have 3 consults as well xx

Thank you so much for the feedback!!!  That helps so much!  At the moment I think I am leaning towards Dr Andrew Broadhurst as he seems to be so well recognised and has some amazing reviews (plus I am blown away by the before and afters on his website).  I'm hoping now that he's the one!!  I cannot wait!

If you already have a natural tear drop shape, is he likely to not recommend tear drop shape implants??  I would think that I am probably a natural tear drop shape too.... so that's a really interesting point, I'll see what he says when I see him next week!! :) Thank you :):)
