Jugs
My post op bras are quite tight and sitting on my stitches occasionally. My post op instructions say I can sleep without a bra 1 week post op if desired. I'm day 3, I'm only planning on doing it tonight as they feel quite tender from being compressed all day. I got a semi supportive crop from Kmart which feels almost as supportive but much more comfortable. Will one night hurt my recovery? Julia83
My bras were so restrictive with the swelling. I changed it up and at least it helped me sleep. Also use a panty liner on your stitches as padding if its rubbing Jugs and Katewell
Subtle and discrete
I had 'no bra' post op instructions so I've been living in my kmart soft crops! I bought my first bra today at 8 weeks post. Try it tonight and see if it helps. You need sleep for your body to recover! I feel much more comfortable and I am ready for a good sleep Subtle and discrete, mine is from Kmart. It is so soft and comfy. Best money I've spent all week!
