Recovery Tips :)

I found at this point, staying as upright as possible helped me. I would often have a little rest in bed, but built up a big pillow fort so keep me reasonably upright. It was hopeless in terms of decent sleep, but it helped with my pain levels.  And def keep up the icing - it was my saviour! I did find that the pain eased off a little from about day 6/7, so hang in there!

Oh and don't try and do anything too soon. I got really sore and exhausted whenever I tried to do much in the first 2 weeks, so take it as easy as possible.
