Jackattack
Hi there, I am 4 weeks post op today. 385cc under muscle. Textured, silicone, high profile implants. I was told at 2 weeks to start massaging 'push downwards and roll upwards' my breasts. I have seen everything online saying the complete opposite. What do I do? Listen to my surgeon or 99% of the surgeons online that say "no"?. I have had a rocky recovery & yesterday I had a wonderful day. Today I am in pain today and incredibly swollen again. I am ready to really cry. What if I somehow damaged my implants by starting to massage at 2 weeks???????????? I have emailed my clinic for an answer. Awaiting a response............. vlinder
Yes I was advised to push down, but not before 12 weeks! Hope you here something soon! Jackattack
Jackattack
Ok ladies, thank you all for your replies. So many mixed answers from everyone. My surgeon said to do the rolling massage till the 6 week mark (in 2 weeks time) then stop. No more. So technically I would have done exercises for a month. Weird. Abevemi
I never had to massage my textured implants - each surgeon has their own procedures and routines though Jackattack
