Hey @cm29 your incisions are healing really well for 3 weeks post-op and your boobs are looking awesome!!  I was told to massage at 4 weeks by running my forefinger back and forth along the incision line - slightly different to your advice. Trust your nurse, she's experienced.

When did you start using creams for some reason I thought the nurse I had to wait for the scabs to fall off and then today she sent that email so now I’m confused awaiting another reply.

I was told to start using the cream at 4 weeks as the incisions were healed and no scabs... maybe give her a call to clarify?

Hi hun they look great and your incisions are healing really well,  i was told to massage like @sabP  with stratamed but i would say follow the massage instructions that yoyr nurse gave you as every surgeon has different rules, mine were a little tender at first but they got less sensitive every time i did it.

Yeah my nurse said to use stratamed too and massage them. I just don’t feel comfortable massaging them while they have scabs I’ll call her today to double check if that’s ok.
