At the moment, my breasts are a DD or E cup and  hang rather low but are quite close to each other, meaning no matter what I wear I always have huge cleavage. I want at some stage to get a breast lift and reduction. Can a natural looking gap be achieved with surgery?  Do I need a separate surgery for this?

I've recently had a breast reduction HH to D/DD. (1 month post op)  I achieved a good gap between my breasts.  I use to always swing my breasts to each side in my bra, mostly so my nipples didnt show low in front not to achieve a gap.  But I did comment that I could see down to my toes once the reduction was done.
