Best doctor sought to do 800cc silicone subglandular implants for natual 'big' look

hi everybody

i live on the Gold Coast and am in my late twenties with two young breastfed toddlers. Unfortunately this has left my breasts deflated as well as my ego - especially as my breasts were 'above average' and actually grew to about an e-cup during my first pregnancy.

I have been doing some research of late to educate myself as to the various options for breast enhancement.

My goal is to go "big" from the get-go - i'd like my breasts to look big and natural at the same time and have thought of going with the following

800cc silicone round implants (smooth or Brazilian, not sure yet)

subglandular, i.e. behind the glands and breast tissue, but above the muscle. This should give the most natural look and feel as well as make the movement of the breasts as close to natural as possible.

I realise that such heavy implants will tend to stretch my skin, but i have young elastic skin. Besides, women with natually large breasts have the same 'problem' ;)

Has anybody here had anything similar done?

Which doctor(s) would have the most experience with such slightly larger implants?

I'm looking for the best doctor possible for my case.

Thanks in advance for all your comments and help.

Hi aquab100, wow 800cc implants! They would be massive! There are several ladies on here who went from an A or B to about an F or G cup with under 500cc's. I don't think it will be easy to find a surgeon who will go that large but I'm sure you will be able to find one somewhere, it might take a bit more work to find them though. Good luck with your search and surgery! :)

Hi aquabl00,

What are your stats?

I have not heard of any recent girls on here who have anything near that big - and i think most doctors in Australia are quite conservative.

With Brazilian implants i believe 620cc X high profile is the biggest they offer in the rounds so this will probably not get you what you want. Im not sure how much research you have done but the implant size you are able to get depends on your measurements. For example, all the surgeons i have seen have have told me they will not offer me more than 435cc - any bigger and i risk complications.

you should go an have a consult and have them take your measurements (including BWD), you may not need that big to get your where you want to be - Many of the girls here have got Es, Fs and Gs from implants between 300-500cc. From 435 i am told i will be a DD or E.

Good luck!

hi Platinum

Now i'm worried! I've looked at a lot of pics of results and have found results i'd be happy with for implants of between 600cc and 800cc, with most best results from the 800cc implants. I think most of these pics were from patients done in the US.

Are the Gold Coast doctors a bit more conservative then?

lol - it's not like i'm wantingto do a 2000cc or 3000cc implant ... have seen those done as well and that's really RIDICULOUS!!

800cc is the largest standard sized implant, so am surprised then to find that nobody here has done them that size?

Maybe go and have a look at these threads:

http://www.plasticsurgeryforum.com.au/forums/showthread.php?1284-Anyone-in-QLD-had-800cc-implants&highlight=800cc

http://www.plasticsurgeryforum.com.au/forums/showthread.php?941-Anyone-had-500cc-or-more&highlight=800cc

it all depends on your measurements as to how big 800cc will take you - you may well find that you will get the results you want with less, even thought the pictures you like have 800cc ....

You should take the pictures you like to a surgeon and they will be able to give you a better idea

hi Lozz68

I'm around 1.7m tall, so slightly above average height and weigh 58kg, so i'd describe my build as 'athletic', with well rounded hips.

I've heard the Brazilian implants are superior so if the largest ones available are 620cc extra high profile i'll probably be more than content with those as i believe that high profile will give the impression of a larger implant in any event, so these would probably end up looking as big as the 800cc standard profiles.

I've had a look at a lot of photos online and must admit that i haven't seen any impants under 500cc yielding anything near to an F cup - which is where i'd like to be. if i got to g i wouldn't cry either ;p

Can you refer me to members here who have gotten such results with 300-500cc implants? i'd like to see for myself.

The biggest I have heard of here is aound the 600's. I think that most of what you have looked at would have been from the US. Australian surgeons are much more conservative with size. What are your stats and current bra size? One member here that I can think of went from a A to a F or G cup with only 410 anatomicals. Do you have a cup size idea of what you want? There is usually a difference in what cup size you think you want to look like and what what that size actually is but it is a vague guide to what you are after. I would think it would be very hard to even find bras to fit an implant that size

I'm currently a medium c-cup. My optimum cupsize i'd like is probably an F to FF ...

Wouldn't be too sad if it ended up being a G cup either. So yeh - they will be very big, but not ridiculously big - just enough to get most men stairing lol

To get to an F or G from a C, I wouldn't think you would need anything over 400cc. And def not over 500! The thread link I posted was started by bunnykins who went to an F from an A with around 410 I think.

I agree.. after being on this forum for awhile your really start to realise that you can get huge sizes with around 400s!! You are slightly shorter and smaller than i am and have a bit more breast tissue aswell. My PS thinks i will definitely get a DD, possiblly an E from 435 and i am only an 8b/10a at the moment. As you are already a C i agree with platinum - you will get what you want with less than 500

Also check out http://www.youtube.com/user/TheMrsforman on you tube. She started a channel about getting her implants. Originally she thought she needed a much larger size than her Dr thought was what she needed and even with the smaller implant than she was thinking of, ended up quite large.

wow - thanks! Seems like she got her job done in Thailand...

I'd prefer to do mine here on the Gold Coast. I'm too scared to do it overseas. Now, just to find a doctor here who

1) is willing to go big

2) is more than capable of going big.

too BIG an ask? ;)

depending on your measurements i think most surgeons at the GC or in brissy will be willing to give you around 400-500. My advice would be to have a good look at this forum for surgeons in the area and book a few consults. you will not know whether they are willing to go big until you go and see them.

I think Dr Richardson in Brissy does some large ones and is a qualified plastic surgeon if you are considering brissy - or do you definitely want someone on the GC?

Hi aquabl00,

My good friend just got 620 XHP Brazilians with Dr Phil Richardson. This was her second BA though, she had CC 7 years after her first BA and needed replacement. Let me tell you, she is 169cm, 65 kg and they are MASSIVE!!

I do know that Dr Szalay tend to favour large implants as well.

I've read way too many stories of women doing PS with implants of under 500cc and then invariably after a couple of years they need/want to go back and have it made larger. Perhaps its a money making business to force people to come back a couple of times?

i know what i want, and after paying out such large sums of money i'm going to expect to get what i want.

That said, i'm not too fussy about location, so Brissie is just as good for me as GC.

Seems as though the pickings are going to be slim with doctors who have experience with larger implants, so i'll just have to see who is willing and able to give me what i'm looking for.

hi there JenJen

Thanks for the info. Do you have any pics of how they look now with the 620XHP? ;)

I think the problem with such large implants is the much larger risk of complications such as symmastia, bottoming out etc etc .. have you done your research into these things?

I think it is also very rare that an 800cc implant fits in the first time - many of the girls over on justbreastimplants.com have much larger sizes than here (american site) but many of them need to have more than one surgery to get them there. It sounds like from your post that you want to try this size first go?

Hi,

I think mrs b got a gg size from 410hp anatomicals. I'm unsure of her stats before hand. I got an e cup from 400hp rounds and was barely an a cup pre surgery so definitely think you will get far more than you bargaining for lol. Have you considered too the cost of housing the puppies lol.

hi Bec

i've seen pics online and quite frankly the 300 to 400 cc implants i saw didn't give me the look i'm after, i.e. they didn't look big to me - more like a D or perhaps DD if they were lucky.

It seems though that many on this forum have gotten big results from medium size implants (400cc) which is not what i've seen online.

Do you have pics you're willing to share of your results?

symmastia is a scary one indeed. i wouldn't go for a round impant which it too wide at the base, as this will cause it to stick out the sides too much - and in such a case symmastia could occur i guess. i wont go wider than i should, and will opt instead for extra height - extra high profiles...

if this means that i cannot go more than 620cc then so be it. i'm not the most petite lady around - am more 'average' so not sure how that would translate into max diameter which would suite me. but yeh - i definately wont go too wide.

the other issue you mention - bottoming out - i guess that's kinda 'natural' for any woman with heavy breasts. Whether its silicone or natural breast tissue - bottoming out will tend to occur, except where the impant is placed below the chest muscle.

but i dont like that option as it does not allow for natural movement of the breasts.
