Hi there,

I've been scouring this forum lately and have found a few recommendations for Dr Piyapas at Bangkok Hospital in Phuket.

I've thought about having a BA for quite a while now, breast feeding two children has not done me any favours in that department ;)

BUT the decision to get it done has been quite sudden (we are holidaying there next month and I decided two weeks ago - why not see if i can get in)

A friend of mine spoke about getting hers done in Thailand as she has a cpl of friends that have had it done there and that's what prompted my research.

I've only told a couple of friends because the initial reaction was - thailand?? don't get it done there whatever you do...

I'm rather conservative by nature and my decision to go have my BA done in Phuket has suprised me also but I feel that I've read up and although slightly terrified by the whole ordeal I'm quite excited too and am yet to read a negative report on Dr Piyapas.

There are only a few pics on the hospital website and it doesn't say which surgeon did what.

I understand the desire for privacy for many of you who have been there but if anyone out there has seen Dr Piyapas and is willing to show me before/afters I'd really appreciate it.

I know I will get more and more nervous over the next two weeks.

I used to be a B - C cup and am now an A.... hoping to go up to a full C. Been researching sizes and "think" I'll look at a 325 or 350 cc implant. I'm quite a small frame and really just want to look good in a bikini (and in the nude!!!), don't want them to stand out too much.

Thank you so so much for any advice/help you can offer.:)

Hi Coastgirl, I had my Surgery with DrP about 6 weeks ago. My story is very similar to yours, last minute trip and decision (after years of thinking about it) I breastfed ! child and was left with an A cup

Dr Piyapas is fabulous, a very nice quiet man who will listen to what you want and then let you know how he would go about getting this for you, he had quite a difficult case with me, but I am very happy with the results and with aftercare he is always quick with response by email. Just make sure your GP is happy to treat you when you come back should you get an infection or need stitches eg

You can see his work on his own web page jungceylon clinic also

Thanks Mary, i really appreciate all that and have just been to have a look at pics.

Were you really nervous??

Do u think there is a higher risk of infection over there?

By all reports people seem to be very happy with the service and the hospital itself.

Again, i really appreciate it, thank u

Hi coast girl, yes I'm out here! I'm 4 days post op and doing great. Had my consult and op Monday, the hospital is of high standard and their work is slick! I was whisked from this place to that for several tests, never really having to wait for more than a minute or 2! Had my consult in which dr Piyapas explained what he thought I'd need to achieve the look I wanted. I have asymmetry, both from different amount of breast tissue, a chest wall dip on one side, and nipples at slightly different height/direction .... what a case! I can only say that so far I'm thrilled with my BA, the girls look virtually the same (though have a lot of dropping and fluffing to go)which is near on a miracle. I had 375 mod plus on the left and 425 HP on the right. The size is perfect for me too :). Also had my lower eyes done, still a bit swollen and bruised yet, but pretty sure they will look great too. I can honestly say I couln't be any happier with the whole experience.

Any questions, let me know and I'll try to help out. I was just the same, had never considered surgery o/s, and am very conservative, but I'm really happy

No Problem, my pleasure, it can be totally overwhelming in know! I still have a lot of dropping and fluffing to go, he said up to 9 months, that seems forever! I have no patience

I was nervous but I researched everything I could and read every single thread (seriously haha) I had a list of questions, some pictures, and i actually wrote down exactly what I was going to say to him durning consult (cleavage, amount of side boob) just to have it all straight in my head

From the information I found the likelihood from over there is much lower than here, but that includes how you care for the incisions after also,

The hospital is brilliant, no waiting anywhere, more than enough staff and they are so caring you will be sad to leave!

best of luck keep me posted on what you decide :)
