Oh Hi

Thanks so much for the reply. I am really excited for you, that is so close! Mine isn't until February but I would really love to hear about your experience when you get back. Did you organise it through Somnio too? Where are you planning on staying? I'm just about to book my accom today. So excited but really nervous too.

Good luck, I'm sure he'll be wonderful and you'll look great! Please do let me know how it goes if you don't mind.

Best of luck

Melis

Hi Melis6,

I booked through Virginia at Somnio (great woman!) and had dr v, he was wonderful, and I am very happy with the results :-) really small scar under my arm wouldn't believe they pushed a 410cc through it! Haha, wish I had gone a tad bigger maybe next time tho haha

Thanks to everyone for replying. It's extremely reassuring to hear the good stories about Dr V and Somnio. Virginia has been great with me also. The countdown has started, only 34 days to go! Please let me know of any more stories about Dr V and PIAC before then! Pics most appreciated. I will post mine asap too. :)

Hi ther. Had my op a day early. Went with 325cc round dual plane. Still in hospital right now and haven't seen them yet. Care is really good. The first hour post op the worst. Feeling ok now except drainage killing me. Will update after the unbandage me :)

Day 2: checked out of Piac yesterday at 4pm. They removed drains and put me in compression stocking. I tried not to get upset at first glance as they seemed huge and pointing down to me. But choosing to have faith and wait it out. Terrible night sleep mainly due to lower back sore from laying down so long. Meds not really strong enough. Just looked at them again. Not pointing down as much now. Just big and hard and round. Expecting them too soften up hopefully from all I've read. Pain now only 5/10, mainly discomfort. This is not an easy journey by any stretch of the imagination tho. Will update in a day or so.

Hey Melis6 - thanks for the first 2 days of your experience :)

Just reading up on everything I can about Dr V and the whole procedure at the moment.

And Colette23, just to let you know about prices, Dr V gave the option of a package for; the BA, accommodation (Dr V Suites - heard they're not fantastic, maybe 2 star), and transfers starting at 130,000 THB ($4325.96), however I am going with booking my own accommodation and getting round implants dual plane via under the breast for about $4261. Flights I booked late for $885. Hope this gives you a bit of an idea of costs X
