Kittykit
I'm booked in for my BA on tuesday with him. I might pull out..but not because of him, I'm just nervous. When I do finally take the plunge, I'll be using him for sure. Love the idea of furry Brazilian, and he was very careful to listen to the end result I'm after. bellevis
A girlfriend of mine had hers done by him, lovely big fake bouncy round look. Be sure to see another surgeon just to make sure, because they sell the idea of the Brazilian implants very well but there aren't actually many doctors who use them by choice without a exclusivity/sponsorship deal such as David Topchian has. They will tell you it's because the other surgeons aren't "experienced" or "competent" enough to use them which is rubbish and pretty low as far as marketing is concerned, to claim that other srgeon's dont use the products they are paid to use because they aren't good surgeons. I had an appointment and was kept in the dodgy waxing parlour looking waiting room for 45 minutes before his nurse told me he'd be another 30 minutes, making him an hour and a half late for my appointment. I told them thanks but no thanks. If I'm going to dish out tens of thousands of dollars to someone to operate life changing surgery on me I'd like it to be someone organised enough to keep an appointment. Really felt like a number, not a person there. donatella and Emmabree
Kittykit
I had my lipo with him today. Loved him. And will definitely go back to see him for my boobs. I had 4 appts with him, was never kept waiting, and he was extremely thorough. Edited to add: when I chose the implants for me, he totally understood how natural I wanted them to look, and showed me one of his past patients as an example. Together we chose 220cc, oval teardrop and low profile. Super natural, nothing high or round about them. I am definitely going ahead with him. KatherineTinkerBell
Hello I had my first BA with Dr Topchian back when he worked with Dr Fleming is Brisbane. And to be honest the result were ok but I wasn't very happy with the service I received considering the money I paid. Getting prepped for surgery I never saw him once! I didn't see him until my surgery was done and that was only for a minute so he could see how I was going.... so I wouldn't even know if he did the surgery :S but I had no complications or anything like that. Since having my second BA I went to a different doctor and he was just amazing and my results are a lot better, in my opinion.
The truth comes out
You won't be able to see him now... he has been deregistered for a year: "Dr Topchian had his registration suspended for one year, was reprimanded and made to consult a mentor each month for the next three years." http://www.theage.com.au/victoria/surgeon-banned-over-illicit-affair-20130214-2ee3x.html

Sonjeee
I saw Dr Topchian when I was first going to consulations to find which surgeon I wanted to go with for my BA. I actually wanted to see Dr Fleming at that time but he was booked out and Dr Topchian was working with him. I have to say the consulation was TERRIBLE, especially compared to another consulation with a different surgeon (which I ended up going with). He seemed rushed and not interested in what I had to say. He didn't measure me or my breast that I did have he just asked me to immediately put a sports bra crop on and then picked 2 implants, told me to put them in the top and then basically pick one. When I asked what size I would end up he said he couldn't tell me. When I picked one because I felt rushed he then told me that he wouldn't need to see me until I was actually going in to surgery. Obviously I ended up going through someone else. He was very inattentive and disinterested and I felt like I would have been going in to surgery not actually knowing what I was getting or coming out with. But that was just my experience. MissyHu
Hi Pheekaatee,Hi I was thinking of going with dr David what happened to you?? XxUgh I can't work out how to reply properly on this.... I had my consult with Dr David too and felt really comfortable. I guess I want to hear about people's final outcomes once they had their implant done by him. He seems to have corrected a few in the past also. As long as they don't look too high at the end... MissyHu
did you actually read the thread top to bottom? It answers your question Yes I did but I would like to know why it was the "worst decision of her life".I have read many good reviews about him also - where he corrected botch jobs on patients and they are over the moon. So I would like to hear the good and the bad. I also don't care about his "fling" as that does not reflect his work. Brittney

I would like to hear good and bad as I had a consult and I think he will be the sugeon I go with however I'm not completely flat chested so I don't know if it's worth it. Any long term feedback also if someone has had them done 5-10 years ago MissyHu
