Hi Unsure07,

I have had this procedure done and im 7 weeks post op, Dual Plane is the procedure and all it is the implant is placed under the muscle at the top and over the muscle at the bottom. I havent had any problems and my implants are sitting perfectly so from my experience so far I would recommend it :-)

Hi unsure07. I also had dual plane - 2 weeks post op & I'm feeling really good. I was surprised at how little pain I had, just slight discomfort/aching but far less than I would have expected. Other than a bit of nerve regrowth pain the last couple of days (that has been the worst so far!!), which apparently means things are healing, I've had no problems at all & even though they are still a bit firm and swollen they are looking awesome!! I have been hugging the ice packs lol and that has really helped. I didn't get any bruising either, and no drains (my first question when I came out lol). I went to Dr Ces on the Gold Coast and I couldn't have asked for anything more - he has been brilliant. I got the nuance sililmed brazilian 270HI as I wanted a natural look & I'm only a small frame. I didn't get on these forums until after the surgery, otherwise I reckon I would have asked for bigger after seeing what everyone else has lol. I pretty much followed Dr Ces's advice though - gave him some pictures (mainly his which is why I went to him) and figured he is the expert. He measured me up, looked at some sizing charts & came up with the recommendation. Hope that helps :)
