Bonnies BA

Recommended Posts

Hi, I thought I'll share my experience with my ba as I might be help to someone as ppl here has been for me :)

I've had a BA with dr nond at bumrungrad hospital.

Today i am 2days post op.

I've got 400cc HP textured silicone through the crease.

I've previously had a breast lift in Phuket 2010 and I was very scarred and had some complications during that surgery.

I've contacted ght and decided to go with dr nond as he's sutures looks great in his before and after photos.

Consultation was good and dr suggested 375 cc HP but I felt I wanted that little bigger size. He ten gave me a 400 cc to try. I've deceived on the 400cc.

From previous surgery I had horrible vomiting, nausea and feeling cold after surgery.

I spoke to my antheasit and he gave me diffrent medicine and made sure I was warm when I woke up.

So much easier to wake up this time.

My room was massive with a big bathroom/shower and my own plasma with English channels and movies.

Nurses came and checked on me every couple of hrs.

Pain has been going up and down, sometimes I feel great and an hour later I feel like I can't move a cm without having stabbing pain.

I'm at the recovery apartment now resting.

Might be going in for some Botox this afternoon if Im not in to much pain.

Also wanting to have a look at lip fillers and maybe nasal labia fillers.

Love my new boobies, not very bruised but a fair bit of swelling. Can't wait to see what they will look like in the next few weeks. :)

Hi BonnieBoo,

Thank-you for sharing your experience.

I'm new to the forum and so I found it very helpful. I hope you don't mind if I ask you some questions considering you have had surgery in Phuket and at Bumrungrad.

Which hospital were you more comfortable at? I've kinda torn. I've read amazing experiences about people going to Phuket and also from people at Bumrungrad. I'm leaning towards Phuket because I've been there before and am familiar with it but I would prefer to have my procedure at the best hospital. Your insight would be very helpful.

What did you think of Dr. Nond? There are many people on the forum who have recommended him. Is he good? I'm also considering textured implants and read that he prefers using textured which is why I'm considering him. I"m also considering Dr. Wintoon in Phuket but I'm not sure if he uses textured implants.

I noticed that you went through GHT? I'm traveling alone and was wondering if it's best to go through a company like GHT or do it on my own? Is the support from GHT worth it?

Sorry if I've asked too many questions. Look forward to your reply and good luck with your recovery.

Lexie

Hi Lexie. I am glad to answere all your questions :)

I would go bumrungrad over PIAC every time. PIAC was really nice to but bumrungrad was much better in my opinion. Bigger, cleaner, and i felt comfort and safe all time and there was no waiting at all. It was absolutely gorgeous! I had several nurses by my side all time.

Dr nond was amazing! I love him. He is a specialist when it comes to facial surgery but I am amazed with my new breast, they are better than I wished for. I believe breast surgery must have been an easy procedure for him as he do a lot of reconstructive surgery and delicate face surgerys. He speaks great English and he listens to you and he lets you take your time to ask all of your questions. He is upfront with you so you will have realistic wiev on the surgery.

He likes working with textured bit know he will do smooth if you are suitable and are wanting smooth.

Yes I travelled with GHT, I almost cried leaving the patient care team when flying home on Friday, they have just been wonderful taking care of me. They took care of me from waking up to going to bed. They are there for you 24/7 whenever you need any help. And when you are on your feet they will come with you to organise massages and shopping making sure you are always feeling well.

And the Australian phone support you have from your case manager is great for any questions you have both before and after op.

I recived a mail when returning on Saturday from Australian team saying to email them any questions and for follow up consultations with my dr ( so they don't forget and leave you after your surgery)

I am already looking in to going back within next 6 months for some lipo by dr nond and I will be going with ght again as I felt they were great and I had help and made new friends during my stay.

Good luck! And any more questions I am happy to answere :)

Today I am 9 days post op and home in my bed.

I had energy on day 5-7 but yesterday it's like I've crashed. I am really tired and stiff. Waking up

This morning was feeling like I even hit by a car, my back was aching and my boobs were in pain. I got my bf to make me some hot water bottles to put under my back. God do I miss sleeping on my side. Can not wait till

That day lol.

I've just been trying to rest but its hard when the house is looking

Like there's been a tornado and ill I want to

Do is clean :/

I'm swapping my bras between sport bras, post op bra and ahh bras. ( nothing feels as good as taking them off though)

I am still happy I have had them done and I can't stop looking at them.

I got fillers in my lip before i left and I'm LOVING the result everyone tells me I look younger with a pout lol.

I got a little greed And want to fill them in just that little extra more. Will have look in to that next few weeks.

I slept in the sofa last night end elevated with heaps of pillows and I have no pain or stiffness. Feeling a lot better.

I've been moisturising my boobs with bio oil (not the scars)

Before my ba I had very bad stretch marks and quite empty breast. Since the ba I can't se my stretch marks as they for filled? Will keep moisturising and hope they won't appear as I hated them so much.

Will try and put up some before and after photos ( don't know how to do it on an iPhone though?)

I am considering Dr Nond for facial surgery, so I'm pleased to read you're happy with the BA he did for you. If you do put pics up, I'll send your a FR, OK? I'm glad you're doing well and feeling a lot better.

Hi alj. Yes sure :) I will try and set some photos in next couple days. I've met 2 people whom have had facial surgery with dr nond Nd they both had great result. Esp one lady who had a facelift. She showed me a before photo and she looked 10 years younger ( and she was only 10 days post op) I am thinking of getting a rhino with him in the future aswell.

I think you have done a good pick of surgeon ;)

FR sent.

Yes, Dr Nond is in my list of three surgeons. I've been asking a couple of people on here questions and they've been extremely helpful, especially echoecho, which I greatly appreciate. It's good to get feedback about this sort of thing.

14 days post op.

I went to an engagement party yesterday so I bought a strapless bra at bras n things ( I know it might not be rhe right size for me on 3 months but I needed one for the night). My current sizing was a 12F and I could almost fit a whole face in one cup ( my gf actually tried) made me laugh.

The assistant gave me a size14F for the swelling around my sides. It got a bit uncomfortable later that night and I had to "pad" the wires with toilet paper lol to let my stitches get a break from the rubbing.

I have had a little bit of pain in my left boob as it feels like my implant is pushing against my crease and insiscion.

I think my breast have dropped very nicely and I don't want them to drop to much more as I have a long chest and want some upper fullness :)

My friends commented on how big and nice they were :) and a couple we had been chatting with had an argument and my bf overheard about the guy being caught out staring at my boobs.

Awkward lol

It was a great night otherwise but by the end of it I was craving for the support bra.

I've been trying to search about wired bras and whe to start wearing them and pros/cons.

Someone says its to use when you don't want your breast to drop anymore but some people say its a no no until 3 months.

Guess its whatever the surgeon says but would be great to

Hear what other girls that already done the dropping/fluffing experience with The underwires :)
