consultation moved ahead one month!

Recommended Posts

hi girls,

i was originally planning on having my first consultation with craig on the 21st of february, but i emailed them this morning wondering whether they were having another seminar and she said they had a cancellation for next monday!!! i still probably wont get my surgery done until mid-april as planned, but at least i can chat about size/shape/etc sooner than expected and know what my costs will be and when i have to pay them and hope i will be more prepared! and going in a month earlier i should be able to get the surgery date and time i want!!

woo hoo!! so excited, only 6 more sleeps!! :D

Same thing happened to me!.

I was originally booked in to see Tim Hewitt (perth) on the 1st march. I called up yesterday, just because I'm impatient,as well as wanting the get the ball rolling sooner and asked if I could see him before then. They were completely booked up,but did put me on the cancellation list. Well that was at 9.30am I called,at 12.30pm they called back, and had an opening this Friday!. Lol I was so happy that I missed my turn off (was driving at the time) hahaha. So only 3 sleeps for me!.

I'm the same as you though, still wanting my surgery later on the year, probably June as its the only quiet time im going to get this year where there aren't kids birthdays, and I want bubs 1st birthday out of the way first (may) as she will probably be walking then, and won't need me to carry her so much (hubby works away).

i booked my original consult in november, so by the time february came along i had a 3 month wait, but that was my fault too coz i wanted to wait until after christmas and i have to juggle work and kids!!

yay to you for persisting and getting an earlier appointment! but you still have a few more months wait until the surgery! but at least you know what costs you have to fork out when!
