Weight loss

Loosing weight quickly isnt wise. Its best to loose 1-2lbs a week and its more likely to stay off. No sugar and low carbs seems to work best for me. Drink lots of water instead of fizzy drinks and fruit cordials. Drink milk instead of semi-skimmed, or semi-skimmed for skimmed. Take smaller portions of the food that you enjoy. Do physical workout for achieving desired fitness goal.
