flattummytime 10
Can anyone recommend hotels near (or ideally in) some of the good shopping malls in Bangkok? I know I've read on here somewhere about being able to stay inside the air conditioning as a hotel was in MBK but I can't seem to find this hotel in internet searches. Thanks for your help - surgery has just been brought forward from 3 months away to less than 3 weeks away and I'm trying to organize everything in a hurry. Off to search for peoples 'what to bring' lists...
shatam 10
Hi flattummytime, I am staying at the Pathumwan Princess hotel which is linked to the mbk. I think there is also accom at Terminal 21 and Central World. How exciting to be going so soon, I think I will go insane waiting for may.
judgemenot 10
I think I saw Grand Centara linked to Central World as well. I swear I was working on ways to tell my family I had been kidnapped after finding Central World. That place is amazing! If you are not a shopper, you will be converted after visiting Central World....

MamaTee 12
Pathumwan Princess is next to MBK, Hotel Ibis/Mercure is right across the road (fairly new but reviews on trip advisor have been good) if you are after something a bit cheaper!
lexie44light 11
I stayed at Chatrium Residence which is a 5min walk to one massive shopping centre then a 10min taxi to central world an all the others. Really good if you have a couple of people staying aa they have kitchettes which is handy if ur not up to leaving ur room. Book any hotels through Agoda, way way cheaper!!!!
