Checklist of items to take for BA & Lipo

Recommended Posts

Hi everybody,

Im having a BA done in Phuket at PIAC on 16 Feb (hopefully lipo on my tummy too if I am a suitable candidate....).

I'm very excited and I am making a list of things I will need to take with me. So far this is what I have.

Bio oil for boob massage

Neck/travel pillow

Nipple cream for sore nipples

Compression bra

Antiseptic soap

Water proof dressings

Laxatives (as painkillers tend to bound you up)

Can any think of anything else that I need to purchase before I leave?

Cheers ladies!

Youve pretty much got it all down packed :)

What i made sure i didnt leave with out was Arnica cream... the chemist didnt have pure Arninca but instead gave me a joint and muscle cream that is pretty much Arnica and Rose hip oil.... Its heloed with the swelling ands feels nice on the skin.

Arnica is great to reduce swelling :)

I'm still trying to work out if Thai doctors give out the good painkillers or not. If not I'm planning on trying to get anti nausea stuff and panadeine forte plus valium. I live outside of Oz and you can get some things over the counter here that you couldn't easily in Australia but you can't even buy panadeine at the chemist without a script.

Wet wipes for freshening up its stinking hot over there....

And remember you wont be able to put bio oil or anything on until your incisions are fully healed (around 3 weeks post op)

Good luck! Not long now at all! :)

Thanks for that. I just found out through the agency that I booked with that my doctor will prescribe pain killers. But she added that I might like to bring my own for afterwards, just in case.
