I got rhino/septoplasty 4 years ago, and the bones around my nose seem to have changed structurally. Is this possible?

Recommended Posts

Hi, in 2016 I had rhino-septoplasty surgery. Since then, my face has oddly changed structurally. I know - this probably sounds absurd. But I’ve provided photos below to show just how much my face seems to have healed incorrectly (specifically in the zygomatic bones surrounding the nose). I’ve brought this issue up to the many doctors I’ve visited and while they claim to see a noticeable difference, no one can pinpoint why this has happened. I am looking for any semblance of an answer as to what happened here, and if there's any path to a solution. Thanks so much to anyone who takes the time to respond.
