outie nipples after ba

Recommended Posts

hi girls, just wondering if anyone else has this problem, I am only 7 days post op but my nipples stick out really badly in shirts, I had perky nipples to start but never noticed in tops due to padded bras, everything I put on I feel really exposed, you could hang your keys of them. is this just while healing, im having wicked nerve shocks to so im hoping when that settles down so will my nipples. otherwise I will need to wear padded bras again to hide them :(

I was on permanent high beam for at least the first 4 weeks lol! My hubby loved it

;-)

The past 3 weeks it seems to come and go randomly, definitely still more on than off, but it seems to be getting better.

I have seen heaps of other people mention it too, I think it's just part of the whole process.

LOL, theres a thread on here somewhere called 'HELLO nipples!'

Ive been folding a tissue and using it to pad the nipples so I dont shock the locals, or put someones eye out. Apprently it'll go away after a few months. Someone suggested using nursing pads in your bra, but Im cheap and a $0.0002 tissue does the trick :)

Silicone nipple covers are good, they cost about $2-5 on eBay. Make sure you buy from an Aussie seller and not from china or it'll take a month to get here lol!!

great thanks girls, I will def look on ebay
