Heavy feeling

I know that heavy feeling all to well, I couldn't believe that I would use my chest muscles to get up and down and had to revert to using my core to support me when I moved around, I found at times sitting on the end of my bed or lounge hunched over for a couple of minutes took the pressure of my back and relieved my heavy feeling (bra on of course), after the first week I started to turn the corner and was on the upward road from recovery each day then has gotten better...
