Do I need teardrop implants

Hi I sent through photos to a clinic and got back that because my nipples are not in line and one boob is slightly bigger than the other also that my breast sits low on my chest that teardrop would be a better option than rounds and that rounds will just give me the fake look with no cleavage or side boob

Hi Jema5. Thank you for posting your photo.
I can appreciate the asymmetry that you have mentioned. The right breast is larger than the left, and the left nipple is slightly higher than the right. The good news is that you do not have ptosis (droop), and your nipple asymmetry is mild. When size asymmetry is the main issue, this can be corrected through the use of different volume implants on each side. Once the overall volume is balanced however, the breast shape and nipple position may still be slightly asymmetrical. Many patients can accept persistent mild asymmetry after surgery if warned before hand, especially if they do not wish to have the extra scars associated with a lift. I think you will be able to get good result using either round or anatomical implants.
    All the very best.
