Heavy feeling in one breast

I have one heavier breast that feels like there is fluid in there. During surgery I had a bleed under my rib cage which was quickly contained. Since then my right breast has been the more swollen one. It feels heavy and like it's being pulled down. My surgeon has said to rest and keep wearing my post op bra. I am concerned as I live 8 hours away and if something is going wrong. I am 16 days post op.

    Hi Cuddlybear.
Thank you for posting your questions and photos.
At around two weeks post breast augmentation, your breasts will still be very swollen and, occasionally, one breast may be more swollen than the other. In your case, the one that a small bleed will likely be a little more swollen. As long as there is no active bleeding/haematoma (you will know this from increasing swelling and pain), I would manage it conservatively. Wear you compression garment, and avoid rigorous activities such as aerobic exercise and heavy lifting. Always feel comfortable to contact your plastic surgeon if you have any ongoing concerns.
    All the very best.
    Warm regards,
