Assymetrical Breasts

Thank you for reading my question. I had breast augmentation a year ago. I started with slightly assymetrrical breasts (see picture) and my surgeon suggested 445cc moderate profile rounds in both breasts. In hindsight I feel the smaller breast (right) should have had a slightly bigger implant put in as post op the assymetry is quite noticeable. Your thoughts would be much appreciated. Thank you!

    Thanks for posting your question.
    It's difficult to ascertain the degree of asymmetry in shape and size of your breasts from a frontal photo alone; however, I can appreciate that there is some size as well as nipple position asymmetry. Any asymmetry pre-surgery can be not only persistent, but may be magnified after breast augmentation. 
    If the degree of asymmetry bothers you, you should certainly discuss with your surgeon the options that may be available to even things up.
