Is this symmastia

I feel like one of my breasts is pulling off to the sides and my aerolas and nipples are pulling off to the sides. My cleavage is very close and feels like one breast is encroaching on the other side. I have included my pre-op photo. I do realise my nipples and aerolas were wide set and on outer portion of the breast. But now the breasts are taking on odd shapes, some parts of aerolas are flat and other parts are puffy. What is going on?
