2nd opinion

So my surgeon has basically advised that I have had a good outcome as I was borderline lift. I am quite unhappy with the different shapes, the much lower and the constant heavier feeling of one breast. What do I do know and what recommendations would another plastic surgeon make

Thanks for posting your questions and photographs.  Its difficult to offer much advice without knowing the details of your surgery or when the procedure was performed.  Your breasts take several months to soften and settle after surgery and I advise patients in my practice to be patient during this time as differences in size, shape, sensations and appearance are normal.  Small differences between your breasts are also normal, they are sisters not twins!  Revision surgery, if required, is usually not recommended for 12 months.
