Does anyone do hernia repair/divarication repair with a tummy tuck? willing to travel Australia wide.

Hi, I live in Darwin and have lost 40kg after gastric bypass (open incision). I had a large incisional hernia (4cm defect with 20cm sac of bowel) that was repaired early last year (open op with mesh) however it has reoccurred (smaller this time - 4cm defect with 6cm sac of bowel). I also have a 4.3cm divarication due to a twin pregnancy. I would like to have abdominoplasty to deal with the loose skin with a muscle and hernia repair. Would you be able to perform all this in the same surgery? Thanks, Emma
