A Thailand Boob job that I hate

About 3 years ago I had an augmentation and implant in Thailand, it wasn't a good job and I am looking for someone who can fix them. I was wondering who you could recommend? After photo isn't current, this is about a month after. They have put the implant to high, the nipples are uneven and they stretch more now. And there is way to much sag in them.
