Not happy with results

I am nearly 5 months post op and am unhappy. My surgeon and his nurses seek to believe ive had a great result. I disagree. My left implant is still incredibly high in my muscle. I can feel and see a large lump under my collar bone where the implant is. Ive been in 2 straps since 4.5weeks post op. I cant even look at them without being disgusted. Will attach pre and post op pics

    Hi there,
Really sorry that you're not happy with your breast augmentation result. It seems to me that you're most dissatisfied with the resultant breast asymmetry due to the significantly higher position of your left breast implants possibly due to a moderate degree of left sided superior implant malposition.
Based on the photos you posted, the "footprint" of your left breast does appear to sit higher compared to the right side. Depending on the surgical technique and choice of implants, it's difficult to advise based on photos alone whether the situation will improve in the long term. Over dissection of the submuscular pocket in the upper pole together with incomplete release of pec muscle fibres lower down at the breast fold area may encourage the muscle to "splint" or even "push" the implant to a higher position. Polyurethane coated implants also tend to be more adherent to the surrounding tissues and less forgiving in changing its position (which is an advantage if the implant is positioned correctly!) in the long term.
My advice would be to return to your original surgeon for a follow up review with regards to your concern. Your surgeon should be able to advise you a more realistic outlook based on your desire & expectations from your consultation before the surgery as well as how things will progress in time ahead.
Best wishes in your ongoing recovery despite the current situation.
