Breast reduction/Lift & Augmentation before having children

I would just like to get an overall opinion on whether it is better to wait until after having children before having a breast lift, reduction and augmentation? I am 25, recommended by PS to have a BR, BL & BA in my right breast (only) due to asymmetry. I do plan on having children but not for 3+ years. I know it's hard to judge what my body will do and how my breasts will change during and after pregnancy, but what would the general recommendation be - to wait until I finish having children or just go with it? What are some of the problems or changes I am likely to experience after having children if having the surgery before? Will having the reduction and lift affect my ability to breastfeed - will I be able to breastfeed (if my body would naturally allow it) or will the surgery remove that ability completely?? Opinions, experience and advice is very much appreciated. Thank you!
