Breast reduction/Lift & Augmentation before having children

I would just like to get an overall opinion on whether it is better to wait until after having children before having a breast lift, reduction and augmentation? I am 25, recommended by PS to have a BR, BL & BA in my right breast (only) due to asymmetry. I do plan on having children but not for 3+ years. I know it's hard to judge what my body will do and how my breasts will change during and after pregnancy, but what would the general recommendation be - to wait until I finish having children or just go with it? What are some of the problems or changes I am likely to experience after having children if having the surgery before? Will having the reduction and lift affect my ability to breastfeed - will I be able to breastfeed (if my body would naturally allow it) or will the surgery remove that ability completely?? Opinions, experience and advice is very much appreciated. Thank you!

Dear TashGR,It is very much a personal choice, as the breast lift procedure may or may not affect your ability to breast feed due to the repositioning of the areola/nipple complex. Furthermore breast feeding may result in recurrence of breast droopyness.
