Will moving my implants from under the muscle to completely under the muscle fix the rippling?

Late last year I started having my tubular breasts fixed. First I had tissue expanders and 7 weeks ago had them replaced with implants. Now I have rippling. The rippling can be felt and only seen when bending over. I'm 155cm tall and weigh 47 kilos. The implants are 350cc, round, textured and placed under the muscle.
