Need urgent help with size n shape

Hello I need help! Im soooo confused. I have booked in for BA on 28th april and i must admit im getting a bit anxious! Ok so im 37yrs old, 77kg, 170cm tall and currently am a small B cup. My surgeon has recommended the furry Brazilians in tear drop shape 445cc. Im scared that this is going to be too big but my friends think it will be fine. Wat size do u think i will end up D or DD? Are these types of implants hard when u feel them? Does the tear drop droop or sit up? Do the tear drop shape move and distort the shape of the breast or are they kind of velcroed in?

Hi there. Thank you for posting your question.
If you remain confused about your surgery, you should definitely be in contact with a (ideally yours) fully qualified plastic surgeon to have all your questions and concerns addressed. Breast augmentation, like any surgery, carries its risks and potential complications, and you need to be fully informed and confidently prepared leading up to the surgery.
It is difficult to ascertain without photos or clinical examination how you will look after surgery with the stated implants or whether those implants are the right ones for you. It is important that your surgeon has explained to you the reason behind his choice of implants and that you've had a chance to "try" on various sizes to see what volume you would be happy with. Each type of implant (shape, shell type) have their pros and cons. Polyurethane implants can feel firmer and take a little longer to soften. The coating does adhere more strongly to the patient's tissue; however, this coating eventually disintegrates so rotation is still a possibility.
I hope this information helps, and all the very best.
    Kind regards,
