Contracted Short Nose

I'm looking for a reconstructive rhinoplasty specialist for a contracted short nose. I have had several surgeries to try and correct this and whilst the last surgeon did a great job for his experience I am seeking an expert. I am happy to travel, have realistic expectations (I just want the best me that I can have - not a superstar), and it is not about money - purely results. Appreciate any help. Thank you.

    Hi.
Looking at the photos, you have a shortened, over-rotated nose, with some tip and nostril asymmetries. The columella seems a little retracted as well. The shortening of the nose can be due to a lack of septal support, often in conjunction with excessive scarring. Two important factors come into mind. The first is skin and soft tissue coverage - is there enough softness and "stretch" in the skin to allow for lengthening and counter-rotation of the nose? The second issue relates to structural support. What is the current state of cartilage support? What grafts have been previously put in place? What cartilage is left? In order to lengthen and counter rotate the nose, you will likely require strong cartilage grafts. If you already have had your septum harvested, ear and ribs are other potential donor sites for cartilage grafts. Soft tissue grafts may also be required to smooth out irregularities.
    I hope this opinion helps.
